I arrived in Blackwater for the first time, finding a city under heavy construction. I reunited with the traveler still searching for Gavin and explored the local businesses. After a brief mishap with my greetings and a fatal accidental fall into the water, I returned to capture the town's growth through photo mode.
After giving the beggar a dollar, I rode into Blackwater for the first time. The entire town looked like a massive construction site, with new buildings and scaffolding everywhere I turned.
While riding around, I heard a familiar voice shouting for an Englishman named Gavin. It was the same man I met as Arthur long back, and he is still searching for his lost friend, though he seems more confused than ever about who Gavin actually is.
It was clear the man's mind was in a complete jinx. He was talking in circles, saying he had looked but seen nothing, and admitting he didn't even know who Gavin is. I decided to leave him to his search and move on.
I walked toward a large, palace-like building featuring a prominent clock on top. I spent some time riding through the streets, checking out all the newly constructed shops and homes.
I visited the Lemoyne Riverboat Company and spent some time greeting the people there. Everyone seemed quite nice and was happy to return the greeting as I explored the docks.
While walking toward the water and greetings peoples, I accidentally pressed the button for rob. It spooked a few people, but I managed to dismiss it quickly before anyone called the law on me.
As I watched a boat pull away, I slipped and fell right off the dock. It was in that moment I realized John still has no idea how to swim, just like the Arthur.
John lost all his health instantly in the water without giving me a single chance to reach the shore. It was a frustrating end, very similar to the times Arthur got stuck in deep water.
I spawned back at the dock and stayed far away from the edge this time. I opened up photo mode instead to get a better look at the harbor without the risk of drowning.
I rode back into the heart of the town and passed a butcher. He gave me a look like he recognized me from somewhere, though I kept moving.
I found an outfitter shop and went inside to look through the catalogs for some new clothes. Unfortunately, the shop didn't seem ready for business yet, and I couldn't buy anything.
I headed back toward the river to relax, but a local worker shouted at me to stop troubling people. John wasn't looking for a fight and told the man he wasn't a troublemaker before backing off.
Once the worker went back to his business, I walked down to the water's edge. I used photo mode to pull the camera back as far as possible, capturing a beautiful wide shot of the river and the town.

Here I'm finishing the post for today, and I'll talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.
