I chose to help Abigail where John shared his feelings of exhaustion with their current life. After Abigail asked him to pick up a dress parcel along with the mails of Geddes, I took Jack on a wagon ride to Strawberry. While at the post office, John was forced to reveal his real name, drawing the attention of a mysterious stranger.

I had two missions available and I chose the one where I had to go for Abigail first. This was the first time John was really telling Abigail how he was feeling with his new life.
He talked about how he was getting exhausted and bored with the repetitive nature of the ranch work and the lack of excitement in their daily routine.

Then Abigail said there was an old ranch down by Blackwater that she was hoping to buy after saving some money and getting a bank loan. She seemed very hopeful about their future as independent landowners, but her plan did not convince John at all.

Suddenly, Mr. Dickens came over to tell John that Geddes wanted him to fetch some mail at the post office of Strawberry. It was a simple task, but it gave John a reason to leave the ranch for a while.

Before John was going out, taking Jack along for the ride, Abigail asked him to grab a special parcel. She mentioned it was a dress that should be under John's name at the post office.

So I started riding the wagon having Jack beside me on the front seat. It was a rare moment of connection for them as the wagon rolled through the beautiful countryside.

After a while, John gave the reins of the wagon to Jack as he wished to teach his son how to drive a wagon. Jack was nervous but excited to be in control of the heavy vehicle.

As Jack was the one controlling the wagon, he was going very slow to stay safe. The rest of the path was finished in a cinematic view, where Jack drove the wagon carefully until they finally reached Strawberry.

After reaching Strawberry, John took back the reins and I had full control over the wagon once again. I was driving inside the town smoothly, towards the post office.

Then John asked Jack to wait for him there by the wagon while I stepped into the post office. I walked up to the counter to speak with the postmaster.

I noticed this man in a hunter's outfit who was looking at something across the room. I somehow realized he could be a problem for me later.

John mentioned the parcel Abigail had talked about first. The postmaster looked through his ledgers but did not find anything under John's disguised name.

So John had to tell his real name to the postmaster, which did not have any results as well. He finally told Abigail's name, and suddenly that man over there stared at John in a mysterious way and left the post office in a hurry.
That look told me something bad was coming soon, as if he recognized the name or the man standing before him.
