Greetings, dear brothers and sisters, fellow lovers of the wonderful world of video games! Welcome to my post.
Today I'm sharing some landscapes I've encountered on my adventures in the world of Dragon Age: Inquisition. I've been exploring this new area, making the most of it, and admiring the amazing work the developers have done to create beautiful scenery.
Now that I can use my characters' satellite or "tactical" view to create a combat strategy, I had the idea to use it to capture things without the game's HUD being too visible. So, for the past few days, I've been experimenting with my screenshots of this game.
I spent quite a while admiring the forests where the Dalish elves live, the same race as Solas and my character when I created him in this game. Even from the top, where an Oracle is searching for research fragments, you could see a beautiful landscape of these dense forests.
From the same area where I was, I also noticed a division between zones. On one side, there was a chaotic scene, the aftermath of a great war, with charred, leafless trees and no visible grass, a consequence of the conflict. On the other side, there was an immense and utterly beautiful forest.
Venturing further into these areas, I encountered stunning landscapes where the river created an amazing blend of the surroundings, the ruins, and the humidity typical of these lush places. In fact, I spent quite a while admiring these beautiful spots.
Since I only wanted to highlight some of the natural environments in this area in this post, I continued my explorations on the side of the forest where the Dalish (the elves) are located. Even in the river area itself, I captured a moment from a distance, and wow, the place looked absolutely beautiful. It's impressive and rewarding to play a game where you can spot these kinds of things; it makes the game much more enjoyable.
Afterward, I found a cave with a stone path. I was sure I'd find the elves on the other side without any problem.
During my exploration, I found a cavern with a large door, so I decided to venture inside to see what I might find. The place looked a bit scary because of the ruins and the screams of creatures coming from within, but since the enemies here are at my level, I don't think going in will be a problem.
I really like the decorations in the ruins, like the stone blocks at this entrance, remnants of the war. They're completely ruined and forgotten, but according to the game's lore, enemies used to enter here to reach strategic locations through these tunnels, though most of them are now buried under the earth from the explosions.
