I continued my adventure and stumbled upon an interesting spot – The Foreign General Cemetery. From above, it didn’t look like a typical graveyard but rather a beautiful, unique area. Sure, there were loads of graves, but the place itself was stunning. In my mind, I was secretly hoping to find some hidden treasure – maybe something left behind by a foreign general. You never know, it might be useful, haha.
Turns out, there were a few enemies patrolling the area. The first one I came across looked pretty bored, just chilling while on guard duty. I didn’t give them a chance – took them out with a sneaky stab from behind, and they were down. As I moved cautiously through the cemetery, I was ambushed by a pack of enemy dogs. I didn’t even notice them hiding in the bushes until one of them attacked me. I nearly died!
Later, I came across this unique building I’d seen earlier from above. It gave me the feeling that there was something special here. I went in, but there wasn’t anything useful inside. Outside, though, I found a chest! And guess what? There really was treasure – a US Navy cap! It was a perfect match for my previous Navy outfit, giving me a complete Navy look, helmet included, haha. On my way out of the cemetery, I ran into more enemies. Fighting them with my double blades while rocking my new Navy gear felt pretty cool!
As my adventure continued, I got distracted by this NPC with a big build, wearing shorts and carrying a huge crate balanced on a stick over his shoulder. I decided to follow him, and along the way, I saw a few other NPCs on the same path. It was like watching real life in the game – such a beautiful and interesting scene. Eventually, he led me to a small village, where I noticed another NPC carrying a crate up a hill. While chasing him, I got distracted again – this time by a pair of NPCs chatting. The female NPC was really pretty! Check out the screenshot I took!
Unfortunately, I lost track of the crate-carrying NPC because some random enemies attacked me out of nowhere. I barely managed to get one good screenshot of the intense battle. And yes – heads were flying. Brutal fatality move.
I carried on and reached a huge cliff overlooking the sea. There, I came across some ninja corpses. Crows were already gathering near the bodies – maybe to feast on them, or perhaps they belonged to the ninjas? No idea. I looted some Shinobi Socks and a few Shurikens from the bodies. The socks were orange, which I think means they’re legendary. I still need to figure out the rarity system in this game, but these socks have a special stat that activates if worn with the matching set.
For the first time in this adventure, I also encountered a cat. There was a cat symbol on the map, but this was the first time I actually reached it. I think, picking up the cat earned me some special coins that I can use to buy items in a certain vendor, but I am not 100% sure yet. There are more cat symbols on the map, but I’m hesitant to spend the coins yet in case I waste them. Sadly, I can’t summon the cat to help with missions – that would’ve been so cool!
Anyway, that’s enough about my adventures in Rise of the Ronin for now. Thanks for reading, and see you next time. Have a great day. Goodbye!
