Upon returning to the hibernation point, I navigated past reappeared enemies and hostile alien worms toward the giant creature. After finding broken elevators and gathering intel from a survivor, I explored crumbling platforms and used my grapple to climb higher. Though I witnessed a prospector's death, I successfully avenged him by taking down the droid and its commander.
When I returned to the game at the hibernation point, I noticed the Bedlam Raiders and a droid that I took down earlier were still alive and patrolling the area.
I decided to move towards that giant creature, and some aggressive alien worms attacked me by surprise. I had to react quickly and I cut them into various pieces before they could latch onto me.
I noticed a console of an elevator nearby, but it didn't work when I tried to interface with the controls. The power to this sector seemed completely cut off.
And then I found this man who was waiting to leave this place after knowing it was safe to move. He gave me info about the raiders. His presence was a reminder that even in this desolate place, there were still lives.
After checking the console of another elevator, that was also not working, I looked at the giant creature again. It looked like it was not so far from me anymore.
Then I started exploring around where I found a vulnerable wall that looked like it could be broken with enough force. I also found some dam flow pipes that I could mess with to perhaps trigger a pressure change.
I went ahead and noticed this crumbling dam wall that didn't look like it was holding together much longer. I jumped on a platform below to move ahead.
From there I found a grappling point where I used my tool to swing to the dam wall. While I was in the air, the giant creature was likely watching me over.
While I was climbing up, I heard a weak man seeking forgiveness from some enemies just around the corner. I moved as fast as I could, but a droid shot him down before I could reach the ledge. I wish I could save him from such a senseless death.
I couldn't save the man from the droid's attack, but I could at least avenge his killer and ensure the droid didn't hurt anyone else. I ignited my blade, the blue light reflecting in the cold metal of the assassin droid's sensors.
After taking down the droid with a surprise attack from above, I took down the Bedlam Raider as well who was commanding the droid all this time. The raider tried to defend himself, but he was no match for the speed of my strikes.
That's all for this session. More moments coming soon and thanks for checking it out.
