Welcome to my blog, where I talk about the games I play, my experience while playing them, and anything game-related.
Previously I have written about playing this game when I downloaded it for the first time. I didn't have anything good to say about it really as at that time.
There were too many by processes that I had to pass through before I got to play the actual game. For instance, a compulsory tutorial on how to play the game was something I had to go through. What if I only just wanted to play the game or I was a previous player of the game who stopped playing for a while only to come back to play again? Does that mean I have to partake in the tutorial again?
Why isn't there a skip button at the tutorial phase where I could move on to the next phase of the game or just play a match? I am not kidding when I say you have to spend at least 30 minutes navigating your way through the game before you actually get to play a single match.
Don't even get me started on how many screens I had to go through when I opened the game after a long break from playing the game. It's just too many and in my take it ruins the experience of the game. I even shared the game with a friend when I told them to download the game so we could play against one another. Oh! He was pretty much uninterested in the many screens he had to pass through before getting to play a game. Even at that, he still had to partake in the compulsory tutorial.
EA sport make FC Mobile a straightforward game where one can open the app and click on the play button easily without having to go through the many advertisement screens and screens about this player and that player or player cards in general. We just want to play the game as quickly as possible.
I had to overcome the shortcomings today and finally decided to play a real match. I noticed the last time I played, it was the attack mode which is why I played on half of the screen but this time it was Head on Head. I took up a match against a fellow user by the handle CR7. It is still a simple stage of Amateur II where it is so much easier to play. I am still learning the ropes of the game and I can't wait to advance towards other categories. I don't know if it will be soon since I am back to playing the game more often.
The match was mainly a walk in the park for me but the graphics are something I have to commend. I know I have aired out my issues with the game but this time it was so much fun to get to score so many goals. The experience was so much like FIFA on the console but this time was mainly on mobile.
In my second half, I had already empty 5 goals into the net of the opponent. What more could I ask? What was most intriguing about the match was the fact that 6 goals came from one player Vlahovic. It was magical in my eyes. Every time a ball needed to be in the net, he was the go-to guy at that moment. More like being at the right place at the right time for a goal.
If you have the patience to exist in this game, then I would recommend it to you but if you don't, just get something else. In the end, I got a couple of rewards. A new player card for a new player and some training points.
