Barbara Gordon, who we know as Oracle, is actually still alive. Everyone thought she had committed suicide by shooting herself in the head, but it was later revealed that the whole incident was a form of fear and illusion created by the Scarecrow. In fact, Barbara is not dead.
When Batman risks his life to reach Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight's base to save Commissioner Gordon, he finds that not only Gordon but also Oracle is being held captive there. After much fighting, Batman is able to rescue Oracle. However, Scarecrow escapes with Commissioner Gordon once again.
Now the most important task is to quickly find Gordon's location. At this time, Oracle tells Batman to quickly take him to the GCPD. Because if he goes there and connects to the Clock Tower server, he can easily track Gordon's location.
Batman then takes Oracle to the GCPD. Upon arriving there, the police officers are overjoyed to see Oracle alive. They never thought they would find her again. Oracle quickly sits in front of the computer and tries to connect to the server. But she realizes that the clock tower has already been attacked by Scarecrow's militia. They are trying to destroy the server and important data. Oracle immediately warns Batman. Because if this server is destroyed, all their information will be lost and it will become more difficult to fight against Scarecrow.
Batman headed towards the clock tower. Upon reaching there, he looked around and saw that there were numerous militia deployed in the entire area. Everyone was carrying heavy weapons. Not only that, but snipers were also placed in two tall towers. Although Batman's armor could withstand normal bullets, sniper bullets were much more dangerous. So he decided to remove the snipers first. Batman quietly climbed up the tower and silently took down two snipers. Then he slowly entered the server room. Many soldiers started attacking him. Some were shooting, while others were advancing.
Batman first used his multi-takedown skill to defeat a few of them at once. Then he quickly hid in an underground tunnel. The soldiers were looking for him, and Batman took the opportunity to silently attack. In this way, he defeated almost all the enemies. But there was also a huge strong soldier. It was impossible to defeat him normally. Batman used a trick to first weaken him and then knock him unconscious.
Then, when the remaining soldiers started firing again, Batman used a smoke pellet to fill the area with smoke. The soldiers were confused and could not see anything. Batman took this opportunity to defeat them all.
After defeating all the enemies, Batman activates the clock tower's security system and locks down the entire place. He then goes to the server room and connects to the GCPD computer. Now Oracle can easily find Commissioner Gordon's location, and then Batman sets out to rescue him.
