The situation becomes more complicated after the terrible incident in the quarantine cell. Henry Adams commits suicide after killing all the Joker infected. It gives a big warning, Batman himself can turn into the Joker at any time.
Just then, Alfred calls Batman and tells him that Lucius Fox is out of contact. All communication with Wayne Tower has been cut off, and a large amount of money has been transferred from Bruce Wayne's bank account to an unknown account. Alfred is suspicious and tells Batman to investigate there.
Before heading to Wayne Tower, Batman installs a new secondary weapon, the EMP, into his Batmobile. He then heads towards Wayne Tower. Since the tower is completely sealed, the only way to get inside is via the underground elevator. Batman enters through that route.
While riding the elevator, he sees a startling scene on CCTV footage—a man who looks exactly like Bruce Wayne has entered the office, attacked Lucius Fox, and used him to transfer money. Once inside, Batman realizes that this man is actually Hush.
Hush then holds a gun to Fox's head and threatens Batman, Bruce Wayne must be brought forward, or he will kill Fox. When the situation becomes serious, Batman reveals his true identity. Hush is shocked and tries to shoot Batman in anger.
But Batman quickly overpowers him, snatches the gun from his hand and slams it onto the table. Hush is knocked unconscious by the blow. Fox, meanwhile, is shaking with fear, but he is safe. Batman decides that Hush will be held in a private cell in Wayne Tower rather than handed over to the police. He then calms Fox down and prepares for the next step.
