Hey Mate. No it's still available to get them on https://hosky.io/ but the amount you can get per transaction is gradually reducing. There is talk about getting them through stake pools in the future and I imagine they will be tradable soon (even though that goes against the ethos of HOSKY haha). There is actually an NFT coming out in a couple of days which fits this section of HIVE more than the actual token.
