Es bastante obvio que hablar de la humanidad es hablar de un incontable numero de culturas, cada una con sus particularidades y que enriquecen lo que somos como seres sociales. Hace años cuando estudie en la universidad Sociología, con el profesor Enrique Alí González Ordosgoitti aprendí a apreciar el fenómeno cultural de un modo diferente, confieso que él fue de esos profesores que te cambian la cosmovisión. Esto me gustó mucho.
Comprendí que los procesos culturales tienen su ritmo y de algún modo marcan eso que somos, la cultura es nuestra piel social. Y cuando las culturas se encuentran una frente a otra la integración es inevitable. De hecho, la historia humana es la historia múltiples integraciones, pero, no siempre las hemos concientizado. Simplemente los procesos sociales se dan, y nosotros somos protagonistas pero a la vez somos pasajeros, somos movidos por la cultura, o mejor dicho por las culturas estas no se detienen.
Quizá lo que más me ha llamado la atención desde la filosofía son como el movimiento multicultural pone en flujo las ideas, pone en flujo diferentes cosmovisiones que colisionan y se enriquecen entre si. Creo que cuando las culturas colisionan se abre un horizonte de posibilidades diferentes que van desde la resolución de problemas cotidianos, como problemas o asuntos metafísicos.
La inteligencia colectiva que siempre esta en autodescubrimiento encuentra senderos entre el movimiento cultural. Es por ello que hablar de diversidad cultural es hablar de creatividad colectiva siendo estimulada, ya que nos permite trascender los limites impuestos por una única visión.
Quizá las culturas aisladas son eso una isla y que al encontrase con otra o otras culturas la diversidad interactuando de manera inevitable construye nuevos canales de comunicación que nos permiten apreciar y respetar las perspectivas y valores de los demás.
Entre las cosas que más considero importantes a nivel filosófico es que estos fenómenos culturales nos lleva a superar prejuicios y estereotipos arraigados. Creo que nuestro comportamiento a nivel personal como a nivel social debe ser siempre cuestionado y pasar por reflexión, aunque nunca es así en sentido estricto porque las culturas siempre avanzan, pero detenernos a reflexionar es algo valioso, y es por ello que decidí participar en esta iniciativa a esta apenas comenzando,
Ahora bien, desde una perspectiva antropológica, dos aspectos resaltan la importancia de la integración cultural pienso que pueden ser, por un lado que la integración permite el estudio y la comprensión de la diversidad humana. Y por otro lugar, la integración cultural preserva y promueve el patrimonio cultural de las sociedades.
No soy antropólogo, pero se que esta disciplina busca entender como las sociedades se adaptan entre sí y como el entorno va cambiando. Nunca somos los mismos, en ningún aspecto. Con este profesor que les comenté, el nos explicaba como en Latinoamérica la mezcla de tres culturas (aborigen, europea, y africana) dio pie a ser como somos hoy en día. Conservamos aspectos sociales que nos evidencias la comunicación e interacción de las culturas entre si.
Aunque hay cierta complejidad en la condición humana, por sus manifestaciones multiples lograr un diálogo interdisciplinario, permitiendo que la antropología se nutra de otros campos y enfoques, enriqueciendo así su perspectiva mas global puede ser paso importante.
Es cierto que cada cultura posee una identidad única, expresada a través de su lengua, tradiciones, arte, música y conocimientos ancestrales, pero que al integrarse a otras culturas, se propicia un ambiente propicio para la conservación y revitalización de estos aspectos culturales.
A modo de conclusión, la integración entre culturas es fundamental para el progreso y la coexistencia armoniosa de las sociedades. A través del intercambio de ideas, poder cultivar el respeto mutuo y la valoración de la diversidad cultural, podemos construir una sociedad más inclusiva y justa. Pienso que este es y debe ser nuestro horizonte no solo antropológico sino filosófico. Creo que apenas abordé lo más superficial del asunto, quizá más adelante proponga una mirada a solo un aspecto de este tema que nos convoca en esta iniciativa.

It is quite obvious that to speak of humanity is to speak of an uncountable number of cultures, each with its particularities and that enrich what we are as social beings. Years ago when I studied Sociology at the university, with Professor Enrique Alí González Ordosgoitti I learned to appreciate the cultural phenomenon in a different way, I confess that he was one of those teachers who change your worldview. I liked this a lot.
I understood that cultural processes have their rhythm and in some way they mark what we are, culture is our social skin. And when cultures meet each other, integration is inevitable. In fact, human history is the history of multiple integrations, but we have not always been aware of them. Social processes simply happen, and we are protagonists but at the same time we are passengers, we are moved by culture, or rather by cultures, these do not stop.
Perhaps what has caught my attention the most from philosophy is how the multicultural movement puts ideas in flow, puts different worldviews in flow that collide and enrich each other. I believe that when cultures collide, a horizon of different possibilities opens up, ranging from the resolution of everyday problems, to metaphysical problems.
The collective intelligence that is always in self-discovery finds paths among the cultural movement. That is why to speak of cultural diversity is to speak of collective creativity being stimulated, since it allows us to transcend the limits imposed by a single vision.
Perhaps isolated cultures are that, an island, and that when encountering other cultures, the diversity interacting inevitably builds new channels of communication that allow us to appreciate and respect the perspectives and values of others.
Among the things that I consider most important at a philosophical level is that these cultural phenomena lead us to overcome prejudices and stereotypes that are rooted. I think that our behavior at a personal and social level should always be questioned and go through reflection, although it is never strictly so because cultures always advance, but stopping to reflect is something valuable, and that is why I decided to participate in this initiative at the beginning.
Now, from an anthropological perspective, two aspects stand out the importance of cultural integration, I think that on the one hand, integration allows the study and understanding of human diversity. And on the other hand, cultural integration preserves and promotes the cultural heritage of societies.
I'm not an anthropologist, but I know that this discipline seeks to understand how societies adapt to each other and how the environment is changing. We are never the same, in any aspect. With this professor that I told you about, he explained to us how in Latin America the mix of three cultures (aboriginal, European, and African) gave rise to being like we are today. We preserve social aspects that evidence the communication and interaction of cultures with each other.
Although there is certain complexity in the human condition, by its multiple manifestations achieving an interdisciplinary dialogue, allowing anthropology to be nourished by other fields and approaches, thus enriching its more global perspective can be an important step.
It is true that each culture has a unique identity, expressed through its language, traditions, art, music and ancestral knowledge, but that when integrating into other cultures, an environment conducive to the conservation and revitalization of these cultural aspects is promoted.
As a conclusion, the integration between cultures is fundamental for the progress and the harmonious coexistence of societies. Through the exchange of ideas, we can cultivate mutual respect and the valuation of cultural diversity, we can build a more inclusive and just society. I think this is and should be our anthropological and philosophical horizon. I think I just approached the most superficial of the matter, perhaps later I will propose a look at only one aspect of this issue that summons us in this initiative.
