Con la fiel intención de maximizar los momentos felices que le hacen falta a nuestros días, mi día comienza con el despertar del agradecimiento, sentirse vivo y gozar de buena salud es suficiente motivo para amanecer contentos, con energía y dar gracias. Y es que cada día está repleto de actividades que se han convertido en una rutina. Quizás algunas de estos hábitos no son una maravilla, sin embargo aprendemos a quererlos en el camino, Jejeje, de tal manera que disfrutamos esos que nos llenan de satisfacción, motivación y entusiasmo.

Uno de los pasatiempos y que se ha vuelto un habito cada día, es realizar manualidades, sea para una ocasión especial o simplemente para mí hija de 9 años que tienen una colección de accesorios y siempre quiere más, Jajaja, cosa que me encanta realizar y por allí aprovecha la oportunidad. La verdad es que es una pasión para mí y esos momentos para la creatividad son tan propios que me hacen más que feliz.

Una de las cosas que se convirtieron en hábitos diarios y además llenos de momentos felices, es mi participación en una rutina de entrenamiento físico. No solamente hacemos ejercicios, es un grupo de mujeres emprendedoras y con grandes fortalezas que se convirtieron en amigas, esas dos horas de rutina son gratos y maravillosos momentos, espero con entusiasmo la tarde cuando me preparo para ir a mi entrenamiento y encontrarme con aquellas mujeres, que en medio del agotamiento físico llenan el ambiente de humor, Jejeje, son una gran motivación para mí.

Una actividad que realizo a diario y me encanta es compartir con mi hija y mi sobrino, sea en el parquecito de mi suegra o manejar bicicleta juntos por las calles, es tan relajante, diferente y tan necesario para los niños como para nosotros. Los hijos necesitan distraerse tanto como los adultos y asumo esa actividad como un compromiso de tal manera que me convierto en esa niña que llevo por dentro y que siempre estará presente a pesar de los años, eso me permite disfrutar en medio de caídas, tonterías, risas locas, y llantos, Jejeje, es maravilloso.

Jejeje, rascarme la cabeza por manía, no sé cómo lo tomaran pero a mí me encanta y aunque me vea extraña me hace sentir increíble, me relaja, se me olvida el mundo y a pesar de lo tonta y hasta un mal hábito tenga, no hay cosa que disfrute más que meter mis dedos entre mis cabellos y rascarme, Jejeje, es simplemente especial.

De manera que la felicidad plena está compuesta por muchos momentos felices, lo cual es difícil de tener todo un día y toda una vida, aun así no es imposible, sin embargo desde mi perspectiva solo queda vivir esos momentos con el mayor entusiasmo y satisfacción por lo alcanzado, así sean cosas que parezcan tontas o grandes logros, rutina o eventualidad, somos los dueños de nuestro vivir por lo tanto como la vida se ponga en nuestro camino así tal cual debemos vivirla y lo más importante de todo es llevar la buena aptitud, mente positiva, carisma, manejo y control para disfrutar de cada instante de titilante felicidad, así aprendemos a disfrutar de nuestros hábitos felices y los que no lo son, les garantizo que los amaremos con el tiempo, Jejeje.
