El amor es un sentimiento muy amplio que puede expresarse de muchas maneras. En esta iniciativa de la comunidad Humanistas,que nos anima a expresar nuestras ideas y experiencias sobre el amor, esta es mi participación.
¿Que es el amor?♡♡
El amor es un estado natural del alma en el cual se siente paz y alegría. El amor rompe barreras y se expresa a través de palabras, gestos y acciones para transmitir bienestar a la persona o al objeto del amor.
Por eso es imposible vivir sin amor, porque forma parte de nuestra esencia y debemos empezar por amarnos a nosotros mismos para poder amar a otros, para poder expresarnos de manera sincera y espontánea, sin egoísmos ni dominación.
No somos seres solitarios, estamos acostumbrados a vivir en comunidad y relacionarnos con otras personas y es a través del amor que estas pueden ser afectivas.

La relación de amor con la pareja y los hijos en la conformación de una familia es la base de la vida humana y por eso es tan importante.
La manera de vivir cambia con los años y la experiencia y cuando se trata del amor hacia otra persona con la que se quiere establecer una pareja, yo he ido cambiado mi manera de pensar.
En esta etapa de mi vida yo considero que el amor de pareja, debe tener ciertas características: libertad, confianza, amistad, deseo sexual, respeto y mucha mucha alegría de estar juntos, para que pueda mantenerse.

El erotismo por supuesto forma parte del amor pero no lo es todo, sólo una parte que está relacionado con la sexualidad. Se puede sentir deseo sexual sin amor. Es un instinto natural del ser humano. Y el amor romántico ese que imaginamos y sentimos durante las primeras etapas, tambien tiene su lado erótico.
Creo que es muy importante también la tolerancia y la aceptación del otro. Esto no significa que no podamos cambiar porque se aprende a vivir en pareja, si eso es lo que queremos.

A la pregunta si el amor de pareja es recíproco yo pienso que cada persona tiene su manera de expresar el amor, lo importante es que ambos se sientan felices cuando están juntos y exista la camaradería y el buen humor indispensables para continuar la relación, que por supuesto tiene sus altas y sus bajas.
