Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un nuevo post bastante genial, esta vez de un nuevo set de fotos de recuerdos de la pandemia, en este caso mis momentos musicales. A veces me sorprende que la pandemia pasó hace casi 6 años porque a veces estoy un poco perdida en tiempo y espacio desde que ocurrió ese suceso, sin embargo gracias a ello descubrí muchas cosas de mí misma que ahora me encantan. En la pandemia descubrí Hive y gracias a ello pude desarrollar mucho mi talento musical gracias a diversas grabaciones de covers que hice a lo largo del tiempo. Gracias a la pandemia los músicos no podíamos ir a los escenarios y tuvimos que abarcar el mundo digital, con ello con algunos compañeros tanto de mi banda como de algunas orquestas y ensambles planificamos tocar algunas cosas en versión digital y la verdad es que fue una experiencia muy genial.
Realmente tocar frente una cámara me parece más difícil que tocar en un escenario ya que en la cámara vuelves a escuchar lo que tocaste y te das cuenta de muchos defectos que tienes al ejecutar alguna pieza musical, siempre duraba horas y horas grabando una pieza corta debido a que cada vez que la escuchaba me daba cuenta de algún detalle que no me gustaba y volvía a grabar. Eso también me pasaba cuando grababa mis covers para Hive, ya que soy muy perfeccionista y me gusta que las cosas salgan bien, además de que me esforzaba mucho editando los videos y también hacia partituras para guiarme. También llegué a grabar algunas audiciones, ya que en ese aspecto también cambió mucho la dinámica, para audicionar a alguna orquesta uno iba presencialmente y tocar frente a un jurado, pero en esos momentos se hacían por video. Me da algo de nostalgia recordar esos momentos y la verdad es que actualmente he descuidado un poco mi aspecto musical, por lo que una de mis metas este año es que a pesar del poco tiempo que tengo libre por mi trabajo y los estudios, espero poder traerles música en violín. Hello again! Today I come to ypu with a pretty cool new post, this time featuring a new set of photos of memories from the pandemic, in this case my musical moments. Sometimes I'm surprised that the pandemic happened almost six years ago because I've been a little lost in time and space since it happened, but thanks to it, I discovered many things about myself that I now love. During the pandemic, I discovered Hive, and thanks to that, I was able to develop my musical talent a lot by recording various covers over time. Because of the pandemic, musicians couldn't go on stage, so we had to embrace the digital world. With that in mind, some of my bandmates and members of other orchestras and ensembles planned to play some songs in digital format, and honestly, it was a really cool experience.
I actually find playing in front of a camera more difficult than playing on stage, because with a camera you get to hear what you've played and you realize all the flaws you have when performing a piece of music. It always took me hours and hours to record a short piece because every time I listened to it, I would notice some detail I didn't like and I would re-record it. That also happened to me when I recorded my covers for Hive, because I'm a perfectionist and I like things to turn out well. I also put a lot of effort into editing the videos and making sheet music to guide me. I also recorded some auditions, as the dynamics changed a lot in that regard. To audition for an orchestra, you used to go in person and play in front of a jury, but at that time, they were done by video. I feel a bit nostalgic when I remember those moments, and the truth is that I have neglected my musical side a little lately, so one of my goals this year is that, despite the little free time I have due to my work and studies, I hope to be able to bring you some violin music.
