Purpose fulfilled Thursday Hello beautiful souls 🥰. It's Thursday, and I'm super excited to be here again. Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Last week Thursday was my fulfilled Thursday; I was able to achieve something that I've been looking for almost a year now.
I get to know about the office opening through this flyer.
So last week Thursday, I went to the Independent National Electoral commission (INEC) to correct my Permanent voters card (PVC) I went there last year but people were much, and I was unable to get it done. The reason why I went there is to correct my name and my date of birth which wasn't written right. The last time I did the registration, my name wasn't written correctly, which enable me to vote for the last election, and not just that, I can used it to do anything because the name there is not the same with my main name, so it just like a normal paper in my document as it is of no use. and I needed to do so to get my card ready for the next election.
You know, the election is in few years from now, and as a bonafide citizen of my country, Nigeria, it is my right to vote for the right people into power for a better future. And thank God I was able to do that. I made the corrections and waiting for it to get ready for pickup. So after that, what better way to treat myself from a stressful day than to cook my favorite. I cooked one of my signature dishes, moi moi, for lunch. Come see how it was made.
The beans I used after cleaning it.
This is the beans I just finished peeling the beans, going for washing. I actually used mortal to peeled it because it is the fastest way to get it done.
This is the whole process now reading for blending.
I cooked it for 40 minutes. And then ready to eat. We all enjoyed it.
This is how I enjoyed my moi moi and pap. Thank you for reading through. See you soon.
