Dear Hive Art Friends,
I sold the above painting to dear co-creative friends, during an event that they held on Sunday past, at their gorgeous house and garden on the other side of the mountain.
This was a truly profound event for me, as this is the first time in many years that I have felt truly at home with a group of folk: we communed at great length, aided by wonderful wine and food, about the true meaning of health, art, wealth, power... It was heaven on earth to me!
A very special moment came at the very end of the evening when most folks had left, and the couple were deciding on which painting. We sat and stood in a semi-circle in their bedroom - around 8 of us - talking deeply about the sacred feminine and masculine, their balance, our relationship with land and our sacred rituals throughout time which connect mindbodyspiritplantslandcosmos...
It was such a blessing and affirmation to feel the meaningful interweaving of Truth, and to not have the room laden with the usual superfluous chatter and distracting energies, that are so normalised these days (and which I am increasingly repelled by)!
I spoke to everyone about Hive a lot that night, and about our Co-Creation Sessions and Art. Community 😍
