Greetings to all users who make life on this platform, today I will share with you a very interesting management topic and is how empowerment can be used as a management tool to optimize the administrative processes of organizations and thus achieve organizational objectives more efficiently.
In the modern business world there is a great interest in knowing for sure the usefulness and what it means to introduce new managerial approaches, which is why it highlights the need to make progressive changes in the administrative functions to enhance the human condition of all those involved in the process of managerial action. In addition, today's organizations are going through periods that in some way will mark a milestone in the business world. That is why the multiple and varied technological changes will have a direct impact on this process that lies in the search for managerial excellence, which is a factor to be considered if the success of an organization is to be achieved.
Currently, organizations struggle to implement strategic management processes in their activities, the successful implementation of which depends in part on the learning curve and the organization's resistance to change. However, even today, it is easy to see how traditional training methods are still being used for the organization's day-to-day performance in basic requirements without generating an impact beyond what is necessary. So it is necessary for organizations to recognize the need to use flexible tools that can be implemented quickly and show results in the shortest possible time.

For Morales (2016) the business world became an insecure and turbulent environment, suitable for organic and flexible organizations that better accommodate to new contexts. That is why the particularities of the organic model are key to empowerment, because it reflects the reduction of hierarchical levels and decentralization of authority, control and direction of performance in the hands of the people themselves through rotating positions and a constant redefinition of tasks performed by self-directed and multifunctional teams.
To achieve the good performance of human resources within the company it is necessary to create and implement an Empowerment model. When reference is made to Empowerment, it refers to the delegation of authority and responsibility in the work, so that human resources feel uniquely responsible and autonomous in their work, which favors their development through satisfaction, motivation and increased self-esteem in the performance of their duties.
In relation to the above, Carrasquel (2007), states that Empowerment "consists of enabling and empowering to give power and authority to employees, so workers will have influence and decision-making power over their work without requiring constant permission to act".
