De niña recuerdo ser insegura de mi misma, pasaba horas y horas llorando, y diciendo ¿Por qué me dicen eso? mis compañeras de clases me decían un sinfín de comentarios feo sobre mi aspecto o mi personalidad, realmente no entendía porque me decían esos tipo de comentario, yo lo único que quería lograr era ser su amiga, apoyarnos entre mujeres, dejar nuestras diferencias atrás, de juzgar a las demás mujeres, de compararnos, de criticarnos mutuamente, ¡Ya basta de todo eso! No saben cuánto dolor nos causamos, y como realmente cada día disminuye el apoyo entre mujeres. Agradezco enormemente a una amiga que se llama Roxandri, todavía tengo la dicha de llamarla amiga, ella fue mi apoyo en la escuela, mi pañuelo de lágrimas cuando me decían esos insultos, mi consejera, estaba ahí para animarme, ella era mi inspiración de niña, quería ser segura de mi misma como lo era ella

As a child I remember being unsure of myself, I would spend hours and hours crying, and saying why do they tell me that? My classmates would make endless ugly comments about my looks or my personality, I really didn't understand why they would make those kinds of comments, I just wanted to be their friend, to support each other, to leave our differences behind, to judge other women, to compare us, to criticize each other, enough of all that! Mi abuelo me decía que podía lograr muchas cosas en la vida, de niña me lo creí, luego cuando pase a la adolescencia ya me costaba creerlo, mis inseguridades aumentaban, y en ese entonces el dicho de “No le preste atención a lo que te digan lo demás” era difícil ignorar esos comentarios, y ya no tenía lastimosamente a mi abuelo para recordádmelo, pero sin duda la persona que ha estado orgullosa de mi, y siempre lo estará es mi madre, ella es mi mayor inspiración, es la persona más fuerte que he conocido, valiente inteligente respetuosa, ella desde niña me ha inculcado valores, me han enseñado muchas cosas, me ha dicho que me apoye con mis hermanas, y que juntas podremos con todo, ella suele decirme desde niña, algo que realmente me causa felicidad e entusiasmo, y que ahora suelo escucharlo decir en mis amigas e hermanas “Lili tu brillas por si sola” . El apoyo de mis hermanas es incondicional, siempre están para ayudarme como yo a ellas, nunca nos juzgamos, a pesar de nuestras diferencias nos entendemos y nos respetamos, estamos unidas, y juntas aportamos esa unión a las demás mujeres, aportamos esa solidaridad ese respeto, humildad empoderamiento, a ser fuerte, a no temerle a nada, y sobre todo ¡A soñar en grande!

And who is my inspiration?
My grandfather told me that I could achieve many things in life, as a child I believed it, then when I became a teenager I found it hard to believe, my insecurities increased, and at that time the saying "Don't pay attention to what others tell you" was hard to ignore, and I no longer had my grandfather to remind me of it, but without a doubt the person who has been proud of me, and always will be, is my mother, She is my greatest inspiration, she is the strongest person I have ever known, brave, intelligent, respectful, she has taught me values since I was a child, she has told me to support my sisters, and that together we can do everything, she used to tell me since I was a child, something that really makes me happy and enthusiastic, and now I usually hear my friends and sisters say "Lili, you shine by yourself". The support of my sisters is unconditional, they are always there to help me as I help them, we never judge each other, despite our differences we understand and respect each other, we are united, and together we bring that unity to other women, we bring that solidarity, that respect, humility, empowerment, to be strong, to not be afraid of anything, and above all to dream big!

Estas mujeres representan admiración, cada mujer es una inspiración, todas aportamos algo bueno, todas somos hermosa a nuestra manera, si todas nos uniéramos y pusiéramos todo sobre la meza, seriamos más fuertes, nadie podría con nosotras, dejemos de compararnos de jugarnos, de lastimarnos, en vez de eso ayudemosno, eso que sabes tú, enséñaselo a esa mujer que no sabe, si todas aportamos un granito de arena, todo sería mejor. Ahora les diré estas palabras que he escuchado desde niña “Mujeres ustedes brillan por si sola” Sueñen en grande, y apoyémonos siempre, apliquemos la sororidad, créanme somos más fuertes juntas.
