Un anime que tuvo mucha influencia en mí, sobre todo en la narrativa de historias, fue sin duda Saint Seiya o conocido en español como Los Caballeros del Zodíaco.
De todas las sagas que he visto, mi preferida sigue siendo Las Doce Casas. Es acá donde Seiya y sus amigos, enfrentan los más poderosos enemigos que han podido encontrar, los Caballeros Dorados; quienes, engañados por las mentiras del Gran Maestro del Santuario, atacan sin piedad a Seiya y a los Caballeros de Bronce creyéndolos enemigos de Atenas.
De los Caballeros Dorados, mis preferidos son Shaka de Virgo, Aioria de Leo, Camus de Acuario y Milo de Escorpio.
En cuanto a diseño, uno de los Caballeros que captó más mi atención fue Afrodita de Piscis. Realizar personajes con características andróginas fue una de las cosas que tuve que plantearme al iniciar el diseño de los personajes de mi manga “Ángel Guardián”, ya que los ángeles son presentados en esa forma: poderosos guerreros con gracia y delicadeza.
Hice una versión de Afrodita de Piscis en semi realismo. Para esta ilustración, quería que el color de su cabello y ojos tuviera el protagonismo en la imagen, así que decidí hacerlo en escala de grises sólo con estos detalles a color. También coloqué color a la rosa, ya que era el arma predilecta de Afrodita.

It is here where Seiya and his friends face the most powerful enemies they have been able to find, the Golden Knights; who, deceived by the lies of the Grand Master of the Sanctuary, mercilessly attack Seiya and the Bronze Knights, believing them to be enemies of Athens.
Of the Golden Knights, my favorites are Shaka from Virgo, Aioria from Leo, Camus from Aquarius and Milo from Scorpio.
As for design, one of the Knights that caught my attention the most was Aphrodite of Pisces. Making characters with androgynous characteristics was one of the things I had to consider when starting the design of the characters for my manga "Guardian Angel", since angels are presented in that way: powerful warriors with grace and delicacy.
I made a semi-realism version of Pisces Aphrodite. For this illustration, I wanted the color of his hair and eyes to take center stage in the image, so I decided to do it in grayscale with only these colored details. I also colored the rose, since it was Aphrodite's favorite weapon.
