En la arriesgada misión de salvar a Eren e Historia, Erwin desafortunadamente pierde un brazo. Aun así, no dejó de pelear hasta el final y lograr el objetivo.
Erwin es un personaje que me causa admiración por la valentía que tenía a enfrentarse a situaciones arriesgadas incluso a costa de su propia vida. Independientemente de las verdaderas razones que lo impulsaron a buscar desesperadamente la respuesta sobre el origen de los titanes, que pudo haber sido algo decepcionante para Levi, era alguien que luchaba con convicción por lo que creía era lo justo y lo correcto.
Su desarrollo a través de la trama fue muy interesante convirtiéndose en uno de los personajes secundarios con un gran fandom.
Levi siempre estuvo apoyándolo a pesar que a veces no coincidían, sin embargo, él respetaba la visión que tenía el Comandante y seguía sus instrucciones confiando en el buen juicio, lógica y sobre todo estrategia de su compañero.
Así que pensé que Levi estaría apoyando y ayudando a su compañero y amigo después del accidente ocurrido y dibujé a Levi ayudando a Erwin a hacerse el nudo de la corbata.
Fue divertido trabajar la escena y hacer énfasis en la diferencia de estatura entre ambos personajes y expresiones. Levi es más bajito que Erwin pero eso no le quita lo estricto que es, así que tal vez le estaba diciendo a Erwin que se quedara quieto mientras él hacía el trabajo.
Trabajé todo el color en una sola capa, incluyendo las luces y sombras. Utilicé una paleta de colores aproximada a la versión de ellos en el anime y el lineart lo hice con lápiz en lugar de plumilla para darle el aspecto de una hoja de acetato de animación.

In the risky mission to save Eren and Historia, Erwin unfortunately loses an arm. Even so, he did not stop fighting until the end and achieved his goal.
Erwin is a character that causes me admiration for the courage he had to face risky situations even at the cost of his own life. Regardless of the true reasons that drove him to desperately seek the answer about the origin of the titans, which may have been somewhat disappointing to Levi, he was someone who fought with conviction for what he believed was the right and just thing to do.
His development through the plot was very interesting becoming one of the supporting characters with a large fandom.
Levi was always supportive of him even though they sometimes disagreed, however, he respected the Commander's vision and followed his instructions trusting in his partner's good judgment, logic and above all strategy.
So I thought Levi would be supporting and helping his partner and friend after the accident happened and I drew Levi helping Erwin to tie his necktie.
It was fun to work the scene and emphasize the difference in height between the two characters and expressions. Levi is shorter than Erwin but that doesn't take away from how strict he is, so maybe he was telling Erwin to stand still while he did the job.
I worked all the color into one layer, including the highlights and shadows. I used a color palette approximating the anime version of them and the lineart was done with pencil instead of nib to give it the look of a sheet of animation acetate.
