Plantain chips have always been my best midnight snack. I love frying them up and store them in an airtight container for easy munching. It been a lifesaver on countless nights, keeping me awake and energized while I watch my movies, play games, or do my late-night chats with my husband.
When my husband is on night shift, i have to be awake and plantain chips are my trusted companion. We catch up on phone calls, sharing stories and laughter, and I need to stay awake to keep him company while at work. Our daily routine involves late-night calls, often starting when he's at work, returns from work and rests during the day. These crunchy, sweet chips ensure I stay alert and engaged, even on the sleepiest of nights.
Before I discovered the usefulness of this plantain chips, I do struggle to stay awake during calls with my husband, often dozing off but not anymore! These delicious chips have become an essential part of my midnight routine, and I helps to keep me wake all through the night.
