I realize that these questions are getting more and more interesting, which is why I couldn't miss out on answering this week's contest question from , every week she gives us a different question and it's quite creative.
Midnight thoughts are the worst, both good and bad. Those sleepless nights that most of us have experienced leave us with the craziest thoughts. In my case, one of those thoughts is what would have happened if I hadn't put my career on hold. If I had kept going, maybe I would be working now, or maybe due to different circumstances, I wouldn't have been able to work anyway. These are things that will always cross my mind because we don't know what would have happened, which is why I tell you that midnight thoughts can be good, but they can also cause us more insomnia and anxiety than we already have.
Not all midnight thoughts are bad; we also have thoughts that make us happy, even those that make us smile and blush, reminding us of those happy moments we once experienced. Thoughts are the best, even those at midnight, because once I was stuck on a problem that I thought had no solution, and out of nowhere, I had an idea that was the solution to that stuck idea I had, and it really helped. Each of us has different thoughts; what we need to know is how to use them to make that moment when thoughts rain down worthwhile.
