I realize that these questions are getting more and more interesting, which is why I couldn't miss out on answering this week's contest question from , every week she gives us a different question and it's quite creative.
There are mainly two reasons that keep me awake late at night, and one of them is when I have a lot of work or am asked to do a last-minute job, which is one of the things that stresses me out the most because, coincidentally, when I have to stay up late for work, that's when I feel sleepiest early on, and it's that sleepiness that's hard to control, so I can't work calmly, or I have to work and get up at different times to stay active and not fall asleep at the computer, which has happened to me on a few occasions, and that's why I have to be careful in that situation. Even though it seems strange, those dreams are the most pleasant.
The second reason I stay up late is when I get home from work early and sleep in the afternoon. When that happens, I stay up late, sometimes even until the next day, and then I have to go to work. Or I stay awake and only sleep for an hour, and when I realize it, the alarm goes off and I have to get ready for work. When that happens, I feel worse than when I don't sleep at all, because when I only sleep for an hour or two, I wake up with a headache and feel like I've been drinking for two days. In my case, those are the only two reasons why I stay up late.
