After a busy day, I love coming home, taking a bath, getting as much done as I can for the next day, and then lying down to enjoy the TikTok app. This app helps me de-stress and forget how tired I am. It lets my mind rest. I try to make sure that all the videos I watch are fun or informative. All those videos that start with (5 things you didn't know 5 minutes ago) are my favorites. They really teach you a lot. We all have an app that allows us to forget about our day. These things make us forget our tiredness. Like that app, I have another one that is a game, although I try not to use it too much because I log into the online game and then I can't stop, and when I look at the time, it's already dawn or starting to get light, so I prefer TikTok because with it I can control my time a little better.
It has happened to me several times that I have fallen asleep while watching a video, so the video keeps playing all night long. It has even happened that they have had to take my phone out of my hand and put it on charge. It only happens when I am so tired that I can't watch many videos.
