What would feel urgent because it is midnight?
I know so well that we cannot cheat nature, and if you try to do so, then it may cause something very bad.
Sleep feels very urgent at midnight, like you will not know when you are sleeping on your phone, especially when you were tired during the day; you can even be saying things that are not important.

Sometimes I used to feel that sleep is a person controlling us, the way it will make you close your eyes and open your mouth. I remember those times I used to sleep on my phone, maybe after I had promised myself that I would write after reading and maybe sleep later, but sometimes I used to wake up the next day.
Sleep is something we cannot avoid at midnight because it is natural that people sleep when it is night.
Yawning will not help it, and walking around may not even help, since it is nature; whenever it is night and I feel like sleeping, I will just sleep and avoid acting dull later the next day.
It took me a level of maturity to actually know how to control myself whenever I'm sleepy at midnight. I think it is because I have some important things to do, so I cannot afford to sleep if I'm not actually done with those things.
It is very important that we do not cheat nature no matter how important the things we are doing; that is why it is better we do what we are supposed to do at a particular time so that we will not have to suffer for not sleeping at the right time.
I can actually control hunger at midnight, but sleep is not supposed to be controlled at midnight because later the next day you will have to do the sleep; you can't skip sleep at midnight.
The fact that you can actually manage yourself when you did not sleep well at night does not mean it will not play back later; it definitely will. As you grow up, you may face a lot of health challenges, so it is advisable that we do not cheat nature, be it sleep or hunger. For hunger there is ulcer for not eating early or for not eating well.
