Hola !! Bienvenidos queridos visitantes ☀️ | Hello!! Welcome dear visitors 🌊
One of the most beautiful beaches after Conoma, Conomita, and Punta la Cruz, as you enter Sucre State/Cumaná here in Venezuela, is "Arapito." It's one of the most beautiful beaches in this area, according to the locals, and I can confirm that. On Saturday, my family, friends, and I had a trip planned there. It's a very clean beach with calm waves. The colors of the water are stunning, with different shades reflected in the water. There are many beach umbrellas and people offering boat trips, inflatable water rides, food, clothing, life jackets, floats, and more. There's also a restroom that, according to my mother, has remained exactly the same since she came to this beach in her youth, and that brought back fond memories for her. What surprised me is that they have Wi-Fi service that you can pay for at $5 per person for the entire day you're there. Although I had Movilnet signal on the beach, it wasn't necessary. I paid for internet, but my aunt saw it as necessary since she had no signal because she was with a different provider.
When we arrived, I was so excited because after almost four hours of travel, we had finally made it, although the trip didn't seem that long since it's a bit far from where we live. The water was super cold, so I waited until mid-morning to swim. I had already mentioned in another blog post that we later visited Isla Piscina (Pool Island). Those islands you see in front of the beach are Isla Piscina and Isla Arapo. There are shops and restaurants on that side of the area where you can have a pleasant time. After the boat trip, I did swim at the beach and decided to have breakfast, even though I had already eaten earlier. Then my friends and I went for a walk along the beach to see what we could find. We noticed there were more people at the end of the beach because the sun wasn't as strong there as in the middle. There were also many more shops selling inflatables.
I hadn't been here since I was 12, so it was 14 years since I had to go to that same beach. I remember when my dad used to bring my mom and me there a lot; we always bought food there and had a great time. This time was the same; we had a super nice day that didn't even realize how long it was over. I love this beach and would go back again. I like the calm waves, how clean it is, and the places you can visit by boat nearby. I loved it! 😍 I hope that next time we go, we'll go to another beach so we can visit others that I haven't been to in a while, like Playa Colorada, which is further along than Arapito, also in the state of Sucre. I hope you liked these beautiful photos I was able to take; they will now be part of my memories of this trip that went by so fast. See you soon in another adventure blog! 🥰
