Helloo, espero te encuentres súper bien y hayas iniciado la semana de la mejor manera! Hace unos días tuve una consulta muy amena con una hermosa dermatóloga que es alumna de Vizcaya. El propósito fue, hacerme un pequeño procedimiento, quitarme una pelotita que tenía en el brazo (nada grave), no recuerdo el nombre técnico, pero es el caso es que no me gustaba como se veía. Al inicio pensé que era una espinilla (hablo de hace varios meses atrás) y por estar jalándome se veía con más relieve, hasta que entendí que era otra cosa jajaja.
De hecho, tengo tendencia a que me salgan pelotitas así, de niña tuve una en la muñeca y una en el dedo gordo de la mano, y después de como 8 años me volvió a salir una. Pero, lo importante es que ya no la tengo, me la quitaron muy de raíz incluso, por lo que aún estoy cuidando la herida con una crema cicatrizante y antibiótico que me mandó la doctora. A su vez, me hizo una revisión general y mandó cremas para mejorar otros aspectos en mi piel y prevenir espinillas (que al mes me salen unas en el rostro de pre-menstruación).
Tuve el privilegio de que me regalara muestras de productos de buenas marcas para iniciar el proceso de cicatrización y cuidado general, ya cuando se acaben, compramos los otros productos que son de fórmulas específicas, que me mandó a hacer en un laboratorio, a precios muy accesibles y por supuesto, efectivos (en su momento les contaré cómo me va).

Hello, I hope you are doing great and have had a wonderful start to the week! A few days ago, I had a very pleasant consultation with a lovely dermatologist who is a student at Vizcaya. The purpose was to have a small procedure done to remove a small lump on my arm (nothing serious). I don't remember the technical name for it, but the fact is that I didn't like the way it looked. At first, I thought it was a pimple (I'm talking about several months ago), and because I kept picking at it, it became more prominent, until I realized it was something else, ha ha ha.
In fact, I tend to get little lumps like that. When I was a child, I had one on my wrist and one on my thumb, and after about eight years, another one appeared. But the important thing is that I don't have it anymore. They removed it completely, so I'm still treating the wound with a healing cream and antibiotic that the doctor prescribed. She also gave me a general checkup and prescribed creams to improve other aspects of my skin and prevent pimples (I get some on my face every month before my period).
I was lucky enough to get some samples of good brands to start the healing and general care process. When they run out, we'll buy the other products with specific formulas that she had made for me in a lab, which are very affordable and, of course, effective (I'll let you know how it goes).
