There is no doubt that our body has innate wisdom; it always finds a way to react when we act against it.
At first, it warns us with minor discomforts, subtle signs that require attention. If we ignore them, these discomforts turn into more obvious discomfort.
Even when we learn to live with that discomfort, the body persists, and eventually we become ill. If at this point we still fail to reflect or change our attitude, behaviour or way of thinking, the body raises its voice until it confronts us with more serious situations: complex diagnoses and serious illnesses.
It is at these moments that we must go through difficult processes to regain our health, although unfortunately in some cases it may already be too late.
Remember that you are the most important person in your life. Listen to what your body is trying to tell you, pay attention to its signals, and take care of yourself. No one can do it better than you.
