Reality exceeded expectation when I was able to enjoy the annual show that takes place in the largest botanical garden in the city. An event that attracts hundreds of people every day and amazes children and adults alike.
La realidad superó a la expectativa cuando pude disfrutar del espectáculo anual que se realiza en el jardín botánico más grande de la ciudad. Un evento al cual concurren cientos de personas por día y que deja maravillados a niños y adultos por igual.

Jamás había concurrido a un evento así, uno donde la magia, la fantasía, las luces y la alegría, pero sobre todo la sorpresa y un recorrido lleno de personajes, luces, canciones y mucho más me llenaran el corazón de felicidad.
Realmente lloré mucha parte del camino que era sin fin, por cierto. No podía evitar emocionarme al ver tanta belleza junta. Me sentía como una niña que esta viviendo un sueño en un mundo fantástico y hoy hay un mes de esa vivencia tan espectacular para mí. Me es increíble que ya haya pasado un mes. Ese día estrenaba un nuevo teléfono y realicé filmaciones, pero por alguna razón mi editor no aceptaba el formato, por lo que tuve que pasar los videos por otros programas para luego editarlos. Llevó trabajo, pero merece la pena.
Ese día sobre todo tomé muchas fotografías, pero lo que más deseaba era disfrutar cada segundo del recorrido, cada paso que daba.
En determinados lugares de todo el camino o circuito que habían preparado había pequeños espectáculos de canto, actuación, música y espacios donde se hacían shows de luces con explicaciones detrás.
También por varias partes del camino aparecían personas disfrazadas de las personas del evento: Alicia Chrismas, basado en Alicia en el país de las maravillas. Los niños se acercaban a los personajes, se tomaban fotografías y disfrutaban al máximo de cada cosa que veían.
I had never been to an event like this, one where the magic, the fantasy, the lights and the joy, but above all the surprise and a journey full of characters, lights, songs and much more filled my heart with happiness.
I really cried a lot of the way, which was endless, by the way. I couldn't help but get emotional seeing so much beauty together. I felt like a little girl who is living a dream in a fantastic world and today is one month of that spectacular experience for me. It is unbelievable to me that a month has already passed. That day I was using a new phone for the first time and I filmed, but for some reason my editor would not accept the format, so I had to run the videos through other programs and then edit them. It took some work, but it was worth it.
That day I mainly took a lot of pictures, but what I wanted most of all was to enjoy every second of the journey, every step I took.
In certain places along the route or circuit they had prepared there were small shows of singing, acting, music and spaces where there were light shows with explanations behind them.
Also at various places along the way, people dressed up as the people of the event: Alice Chrismas, based on Alice in Wonderland, appeared. Children got close to the characters, took pictures and enjoyed everything they saw.

Al ingresar nada más, hubo un hermoso espectáculo de brillo y color en un lago artificial, donde todo tenía tonalidades azules y las decoraciones eran las relativas a la hora del té que menciona la película. Una voz de fondo contaba una historia y ese momento su sumamente emotivo.
El camino continuó entre luces y hongos gigantes iluminados también y por todas partes había señalizaciones de las distintas partes del recorrido como también carteles de lo próximo que vendría. Personajes plasmados gráficamente por distintos lugares, en forma de dibujos, pero también personajes personificados por actores.
As we entered, there was a beautiful show of glitter and colour on a man-made lake, where everything was in shades of blue and the decorations were those related to the tea time mentioned in the film. A voice in the background was telling a story and this was a very moving moment.
The path continued between lights and giant illuminated mushrooms and everywhere there were signs for the different parts of the route as well as posters of what was to come next. Characters were graphically depicted in different places, in the form of drawings, but also characters personified by actors.

El segundo espectáculo consistía en Alicia cantando una canción en el estanque donde se encuentran los nenúfares, un momento mágico donde los niños y también los adultos, me incluyo, nos quedábamos mirando la fantasía del lugar y como Alicia saludaba, cantaba y bailaba.
The second show consisted of Alice singing a song in the pond where the water lilies are, a magical moment where children and also adults, including myself, were watching the fantasy of the place and how Alice waved, sang and danced.

Siguiendo el recorrido, el tercer espectáculo fue el que más me gustó, sobre todo porque me encanta ese personaje, el sombrerero loco. Hacía una actuación muy disparatada y loca, donde el escenario estaba lleno de color y el entorno lleno de luces que iluminaban de diversos colores los árboles, platas y el lago artificial que allí había. Fue el espectáculo más gracioso y el que más me encanto.
Following the tour, the third show was the one I liked the most, especially because I love that character, the mad hatter. Siguiendo un camino muy largo en medio de bambúes muy altos y donde en medio había luces y el personaje del gato mágico se aparecía constantemente, llegué al cuarto espectáculo en el palacio del jardín botánico, donde se reflejaban sobre sus paredes colores, formas, personajes, figuras, mientras una historia era contada detrás.

Luego de ver tanta belleza y seguir recorriendo caminos y más caminos llenos de color y magia, pasé por un mercadillo o mercado de comidas, que ofrecían a los asistentes distintas alternativas de cena.
Ha sido lo más espectacular que he visto en mi vida en cuanto a evento de luces se refiere y hoy al recordarlo me vuelve a llenar de emoción y vuelvo a sentir todo lo que pasé ese día que fue absolutamente fabuloso, magia y fantasía hecha realidad.

After seeing so much beauty and continuing to walk along more and more paths full of colour and magic, I passed by a street market or food market, which offered different dinner alternatives to the visitors.
It was the most spectacular thing I have ever seen in my life as far as a lighting event is concerned and today, remembering it, it fills me with emotion and I feel again everything I went through that day, which was absolutely fabulous, magic and fantasy come true.
