Life is a journey, a school we can't graduate from until the end of time I.e until an individual dies that's when he or she graduates from life. Life is a school that teaches us to be patient, hardworking, independent, and tolerant. Life is a teacher that teaches us daily, life brings different challenges our way, different people with different characters, people we will love to meet again and people we would wish never to come in contact with again. Life determines a lot for an individual because whatever life throws at you is what you will have to embrace or overcome, if it's a success you will work harder to sustain it and keep the good name you have built, and if it challenges you will work harder to overcome those challenges.
One mistake we can ever make in life is trying to please everybody which is not possible because we can't please everybody. The way you have someone you dislike is the same way someone dislikes you too. Some laws of nature can never be cheated, we are all created with our peculiarities like the saying "one man's food is another man's poison". Life is a place we have to do our part and leave the rest you can't be everywhere at the same time that is why we should live a worthy lifestyle so that when we are no more our work will continue to speak on our behalf.
The experience they say it's a great teacher, as the world is advancing we keep learning new things daily that is why you must learn in every phase of life you pass through on your way to the top. To live a worthy life do away with pride, arrogance, and disobedience put on the garment of humility that is the only way you can have a smooth sail. Life is not as hard as we paint it today it is your approach to it that makes it look difficult, cut your coat according to your size, don't live a fake life, don't portray what you are not, and stay within your limit. You have to be wise to make it through the phases that look hard.
I want to be the most loved, I want to be the most respected and celebrated if you are not walking on the right part at the end of the day you will be humiliated, and all the respect and dignity that such an individual has will be lost and that will lead to nothing but shame.
I will like to share with us an experience I had with a classmate in secondary school, she happens to be a friend at the beginning of the session because we were all new in the school. She lies on daily basis but no one ever thinks it could be a lie because you can't judge a book by its cover, she was respected because all she has told us unknown to us all were lies. During the construction of the shopping mall in Kwara state, she told us her father bought a space at the mall, and because we were all naive we believed her. Later she said her father is a crown king and she is royalty but unfortunately for her, we decided to trace her house and we went to pay her a visit that was when we realized all she ever told us was a lie. She is living as a maid with a woman who maltreated her but whenever she comes to school she will pretend and start calling herself what she is not. When we eventually know gets secrets we expect her to put an end to all her lies but instead, she isn't ashamed rather she intensifies her lies and she doesn't care what people think or say about her. She continues like that until she lost her self-respect and no one believed or trust her anymore till we left secondary school. Then I realized how bad it is to be a pretender just for people to love you which sometimes doesn't end well.
Be who you are, you are created for a purpose on earth you don't have to please people, do the right thing at the right time, and work towards the greater future. With a positive mindset, you can achieve anything, being wise is a great factor for successful living. It is high time we make a change and together we can do it.
