Taking advantage of the fact that this week is almost over, I will tell you a little about how mine started and how I did during the course of this week. I tell you that I resumed my international cooking classes and although I am no longer with the classmates with whom I started the race because I had to change my schedule for some obligations I tell you that I have been meeting wonderful people in this new module, of course, at first I was a little shy because I did not know anyone but I feel that I have been working super well with these new colleagues, besides, that the afternoon is free for me to devote the necessary time to my entrepreneurship which I am grateful.
One positive thing about this new schedule is that I already have the perfect excuse to stop by my favorite coffee shop and have breakfast haha, in fact it was something I did the first day to start the week off on the right foot.
It was quite a busy week where we had to cook a lot but without a doubt we have learned a lot so far. By the way, I'm in the Colombian cooking module and I must admit that each new recipe makes me fall in love with it more than the previous one, I even want to practice and prepare everything in my kitchen at home haha. Aprovechando que ya casi finaliza esta semana, les cuento un poco de cómo inició la mía y como me fue en el transcurso de está. Les cuento que retome mis clases de Cocina internacional y aunque ya no estoy con los compañeros con quiénes inicie la carrera debido a que tuve que cambiarme de horario por algunas obligaciones les cuento que he ido conociendo personas maravillosas en este nuevo módulo, claro, al principio estaba un poco tímida ya que no conocía a nadie pero siento que he ido trabajando súper bien con estos nuevos compañeros, a parte, que la tarde me queda libre para dedicarle el tiempo necesario a mi emprendimiento cosa que agradezco.
Algo positivo de este nuevo horario es que ya tengo la excusa perfecta para pasar por mi cafetería favorita y desayunar jaja, de hecho fue algo que hice el primer día para iniciar la semana con pie derecho.
Fue una semana bastante movida donde nos tocó cocinar bastante pero sin duda hemos aprendido bastante hasta el momento. Por cierto, estoy en el módulo de cocina Colombiana y debo admitir que cada receta nueva me enamora más que la anterior, ya hasta quiero practicar y preparar todo en la cocina de mi casa jaja.
