Esta soy yo, un día más siendo universitaria, y hoy quiero seguir compartiendo el contenido que aprendí en mis recientes clases, en esta oportunidad nos centramos en "Análisis Empresarial de Cooperativa". En nuestra 2da evaluación de "Legislación Mercantil" analizamos diferentes actas constitutivas y estatus de empresas reales, y en esa oportunidad nos centramos en las "Cooperativas".
This is me, one more day being a university student, and today I want to continue sharing the content I learned in my recent classes, this time we focused on “Cooperative Business Analysis”. In our 2nd evaluation of “Business Legislation” we analyzed different articles of incorporation and status of real companies, and in that opportunity we focused on “Cooperatives”.
Una de las lecciones aprendí es que las cooperativas son fundamentales para el desarrollo social y control económico que ademas promueve la generación empleos. Se basan en la democracia, responsabilidad y la participación activa de cada socio.
Ademas que los beneficios se distribuyen de manera equitativa, aunque se rigen por una Asamblea General, elegida a través de una reunión ordinaria.
One of the lessons I learned is that cooperatives are fundamental for social development and economic control that also promotes job creation. They are based on democracy, accountability and the active participation of each member.
In addition, benefits are distributed equitably, although they are governed by a General Assembly, elected through an ordinary meeting.
Otro punto importante que trabajamos fue las diferencias de "Cooperativas" y "Compañía Anónima", el cual expusimos en la clase anterior. Considero que la principal diferencia se basa en la distribución de responsabilidades y ganancias, ya que la "Cooperativa" es completamente equitativa entre todos los participantes denominados "socios", mientras que en la "Compañía Anónimo" buscar generar unicamente para el "dueño" de dicha empresa o sus "accionistas", y las ganancias son repartidas según el capital que hayan invertido.
Another important point we worked on was the differences between “Cooperatives” and “Anonymous Company”, which we exposed in the previous class. I consider that the main difference is based on the distribution of responsibilities and profits, since the “Cooperative” is completely equitable among all participants called “partners”, while in the “Anonymous Company” seek to generate only for the ‘owner’ of the company or its “shareholders”, and profits are distributed according to the capital they have invested.
Esta vez la ronda de preguntas, realizadas por nuestro facilitador, fue mas sencilla ya que estaba preparada para la modalidad de la evaluación mientras que la vez pasada había incertidumbre, incluso pensé que era mucho mas complicado. Las rondas eran por grupos de 7 personas, y al azar eran seleccionados solo 2 personas. Esta modalidad es mas rápido a la hora de defender, aunque ciertamente no es de mi agrado al 100% ya que la nota de todo el grupo depende de dos personas que capaz no están comprometidos con la evaluación. En esta 2da evaluación solo fuimos 3 personas del grupo, y aunque pudimos solventar se torno un ambiente tenso con el resto de mi equipo.
This time the round of questions, conducted by our facilitator, was simpler since I was prepared for the evaluation modality while last time there was uncertainty, I even thought it was much more complicated. The rounds were in groups of 7 people, and only 2 people were randomly selected. This modality is faster when it comes to defending, although it is certainly not 100% to my liking since the grade of the whole group depends on two people who may not be committed to the evaluation. In this 2nd evaluation we were only 3 people in the group, and although we were able to solve a tense atmosphere with the rest of my team.
Nuestro analisis era basado en una empresa dedicada a todo tipo de servicio de trasnporte colectivo nacional e internacional, asi como tambien la venta de de respuestos y lubricantes. Ejemplo de la ronda: "¿Por cuantos socios esta conformada la asociación?", "¿Como esta constituida la asamblea general?", "Diferencias entre compañía anónima y cooperativa"
Our analysis was based on a company dedicated to all types of national and international collective transportation services, as well as the sale of spare parts and lubricants. Example of the round: “How many members are there in the association?”, “How is the general assembly constituted?”, “Differences between a joint stock company and a cooperative”.
Sin embargo, gracias a esta ronda podemos expresar nuestra perspectiva de una manera mas natural así como también escuchar el análisis real del resto de mis compañeros. Considero que tanto expresar como escuchar versión con nuestras propias palabras nos permite mayor compresión del tema. A pesar de todos los tropiezos con el grupo de trabajo, pudimos solventar y obtener nota satisfactoria. 1/1🤭
However, thanks to this round we can express our perspective in a more natural way as well as listen to the real analysis of the rest of my colleagues. I believe that both expressing and listening to our own version in our own words allows us to better understand the topic. In spite of all the stumbling blocks with the working group, we were able to overcome them and obtain a satisfactory grade. 1/1🤭
