Sunday despite being the first day of the month was not the best day as I mostly layed in my couch watching the tennis without being all too productive while I could not resist the temptation to eat some nice white bread. However, in the evening I did go on a long enjoyable walk getting in 18k+ steps on the day. I also cleaned my kitchen and my appartment and am ready to go at it again starting on Monday and finally start dropping some weight..

New Day Goals: So on Monday, I aim to have some productivity, watch the tennis, do some reps mainly bench press and join an evening hot yoga class all while eating just 1 freshly made meal.
