I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
Tuesday was a pretty regular family day with the exeption that are dog wasnt 100% herself so I skipped going for a walk. Usually the energy levels are off the roof but yesterday it was at 30% of that so we will have to watch out what's wrong and if it gets better. I did go for a 1.4 km swim prior and spend some time with the family after. I also didn't fully eat clean getting some bread with butter and cheese while I did limit myself at the evening dinner. I also played quite some Balatro with only 2 more decks to finish before having gold leveled everything.
