I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
Wednesday was somewhat of an off day with limited motivation. I started out staying in bed way too long as I have some jetlag from the switch to the summer hour. I went straight to play an hour of tennis which was one of the least enjoyable so far this year as the balls we had were not that great. I was pretty lazy afterward staying on my couch and playing some more Slay The Spire. I went out to the supermarket for some food failing to keep it healthy and am kind of in procrastination more with an eye to make it a 50-day challenge getting in my best shape to leave for my trip to Thailand.
I skipped on a hot yoga class but did go for a walk getting in over 9k steps on the day.

New Day Goals: I aim to keep the damage limited on Thursday, maybe drag myself to a hot yoga class. I also aim to get some productivity done which I have been procrastinating. I also want to beat the final chracter in Slay The Spire.
