I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
I saw Saturday as the last day of letting myself go a bit before it marks 50 days before I will travel to thailand. So from Sunday and onwards, I aim to do a 50-day challenge going fully for a super healthy active lifestyle to get myself in the best shape.
I mostly just followed the 3 football matches on the day and also went to the store to get some things to make spaghetti which I ate way too much of but I enjoyed it. It only got me to do

New Day Goals: The aim for Sunday is to get myself going with a new 50-day challenge. Take my supplements, so some reps, drink plenty of water, get some activity going and most of all eat healthy and limited.
