Hola, saludos, hoy quiero hablarles de un momento maravilloso que he compartido con mi hija; luego de 7 años pude estar con ella, pude cantarle cumpleaños, abrazarla y decirle lo mucho que la amo, como si el tiempo se hubiese detenido en ese instante. Aprendiendo a crear nuevos recuerdos juntas de la mano de Dios, así mismo agradecer infinitamente permitirme estar ese día con ella. Y compartir ese momento especial en su vida.
Hello, greetings. Today I want to share with you a wonderful moment I experienced with my daughter. After 7 years, I was finally able to be with her—to sing her happy birthday, hug her, and tell her how much I love her, as if time had stopped in that very moment.
We are learning to create new memories together, hand in hand with God, and I am infinitely grateful for being allowed to be with her on that day and to share such a special moment in her life.
A pesar de los años y la distancia mi corazón se llenó de gratitud y emoción. En un nuevo comienzo para nosotras y tenerla tan cerquita de mí me hace sentir muy feliz, así mismo tener metas y proyectos en común, yo sé que el camino es largo y que no todo es fácil. Habrá días donde exista la duda en segui avanzando o sienta que no puede más. Pero estaré allí para ella, su felicidad es la mía.
Despite the years and the distance, my heart was filled with gratitude and emotion. This new beginning for us, and having her so close to me, makes me feel truly happy. Sharing goals and projects together fills me with hope.I know the road ahead is long and not everything will be easy. There will be days when doubt appears, when moving forward feels hard or when she feels she can’t go on anymore. But I will be there for her. Her happiness is my happiness.
Los hijos son tesoros valiosos para toda madre; en mi caso particular podrán decir que el éxito no es tenerlo todo. Vivimos cada día en un mundo lleno de expectativas, tenemos retos que asumir con firmeza y convicción nuestro cuerpo se cansa poco a poco pero nuestra mente dice: "¡vamos, que tu puedes, avanza!" Y así nos forjamos cada día con la esperanza en superar obstáculos y ser mejores en cada momento.
Children are priceless treasures for every mother; in my particular case, some may say that success is not about having it all. We live each day in a world full of expectations, facing challenges that must be embraced with strength and conviction. Our bodies grow tired little by little, but our minds keep saying, “Come on, you can do this—keep moving forward!” And so, day by day, we shape ourselves with the hope of overcoming obstacles and becoming better at every step of the way.
Mi corazón se llenó de emoción ese día al ver su sonrisa y alegría, eso significó mucho para mí. Y me siento orgullosa de ella al verla superar tantas cosas y mantener esa fuerza para continuar. Este es el primer cumpleaños que celebro con ella en Perú, y este sueño parecía muy lejano pero se alcanzó. Puedo mencionar como anécdota que en Venezuela no había probado el postre que ella pidió: waffle con helado y chocolate. Estaba muy rico y fue bastante a pesar de que se ve pequeño en la foto.
My heart was filled with emotion that day when I saw her smile and joy; it meant so much to me. I feel proud of her for overcoming so many things and for keeping that strength to keep going.This is the first birthday I celebrate with her in Peru, and this dream once felt very far away, but it finally came true. As a small anecdote, back in Venezuela I had never tried the dessert she ordered: a waffle with ice cream and chocolate. It was delicious—and quite filling, even though it looks small in the photo.
Escribiéndoles estas palabras es inevitable para mí retroceder en el tiempo y recordar a mi niña, que ahora es una persona adulta y con madurez. Aquella niña que siempre llevé de la mano y que veía tan fráil se ha convertido en una persona con ganas de seguir aprendiendo cada día más. Superando las expectativas de la vida. Siendo más fuerte cada día y con la capacidad de enfrentar todo. Debemos tener la convicción de las nuevas oportunidades para empezar y seguir. De eso se trata la vida, esforzarnos cada día por ser mejores personas. Y nunca dejar los sueños atrás y luchar por ellos.
As I write these words, it is inevitable for me to go back in time and remember my little girl, who is now an adult with maturity. That little girl I always held by the hand, whom I once saw as so fragile, has become someone eager to keep learning more every day—surpassing life’s expectations.
She grows stronger each day, with the ability to face whatever comes her way. We must have faith in new opportunities to begin and to keep moving forward. That is what life is about: striving every day to become better people, never leaving our dreams behind, and fighting for them.
