Hoy estoy aquí nuevamente para compartir con ustedes todo lo que fue el mes de mayo en mi vida y, como dice el título, «lo que me dio y lo que me dejó. Para entrar en contexto, este mes de mayo me brindó muchas experiencias maravillosas, ya que desde el primer día fue fenomenal: pude vivir y disfrutar muchos momentos en paz y armonía en familia.
Al inicio del mes, mi madre y yo recibimos muchas bendiciones: en salud y en economía, ya que mis hermanos y yo pudimos coordinamos todo para darle la sorpresa a mi mamá de viajar y de llevarla a la ciudad donde vivía antes, y así pudiera disfrutar de varios días en familia con sus sobrinos, hermanas y nietos. Fue maravilloso, ya que nosotros no habíamos podido viajar antes por la situación del país.
Today I am here again to share with you all that the month of May was in my life and, as the title says, “what it gave me and what it left me. To put it in context, this month of May gave me many wonderful experiences, since from the first day it was phenomenal: I was able to live and enjoy many moments in peace and harmony with my family.
At the beginning of the month, my mother and I received many blessings: in health and in economy, since my siblings and I were able to coordinate everything to give my mother the surprise of traveling and taking her to the city where she used to live, so she could enjoy several days with her nieces, nephews, sisters and grandchildren. It was wonderful, since we had not been able to travel before due to the situation in the country.
Uno de los momentos más bonitos de este mes de mayo fue llevar a mi madre a su pueblo, ya que llevábamos años sin poder estar presentes con nuestra familia materna en un día tan especial como el Día de la Madre. Por este motivo mis hermanas, su sobrina, algunos nietos y amigos nos coordinamos para que mi madre y yo pudiéramos compartir en familia este espléndido día.
Digo que fue uno de los más maravillosos el Día de las Madres porque ese día toda mi familia honró a mi madre y realmente es algo inolvidable que no me cabe en el corazón y no tiene precio haber disfrutado tanto y obtener tanta alegría y satisfacción, por supuesto y agradeciendo a Dios y a todos ellos que hicieron posible que pudiéramos viajar y estar ahí todos juntos.
One of the most beautiful moments of this month of May was to take my mother to her village, since we had been years without being able to be present with our maternal family on a day as special as Mother’s Day. For this reason my sisters, her niece, some grandchildren and friends coordinated so that my mother and I could share this splendid day as a family.
I say it was one of the most wonderful Mother’s Day because that day my whole family honored my mother and it is truly something unforgettable that I can not fit in my heart and it is priceless to have enjoyed so much and get so much joy and satisfaction, of course and thanking God and all of them who made it possible for us to travel and be there all together.
Otras de las experiencias que me dio el mes de mayo fue que pudimos ir a la playa, claro no nos bañamos ni nada de eso a mi madre no le gusta, pero si pudimos disfrutar del aire puro y fresco que Dios nos da, así como también ver el lago de Maracaibo que es uno de los divinos de la naturaleza que Dios creo.
Ahora miro hacia atrás y me doy cuenta de todo lo que nos dio el mes de mayo, le doy gracias a Dios porque ese mes me dejó hermosas experiencias, salud y bienestar que a decir verdad nunca pensé que me daría tanta experiencia al recordar los momentos de soledad y tristeza de los meses anteriores, de verdad les puedo decir que la vida y la felicidad están ahí, solo hay que saber aprovechar cada segundo de respiro que Dios nos da.
Other experiences that the month of May gave me was that we could go to the beach, of course we did not bathe or anything like that my mother does not like, but if we could enjoy the fresh and pure air that God gives us, as well as see the lake of Maracaibo which is one of the divine nature that God created.
Now I look back and I realice all that the month of May gave us, I thank God because that month left me beautiful experiences, health and welfare that to tell you the truth I never thought it would give me much experience to remember the times of loneliness and sadness of the previous months, I can truly tell you that life and happiness are there, we just have to know how to take advantage of every second of breathing that God gives us.
