Lifetime, eternal — those are in contrast of temporary.

I've always wanted things to last for a lifetime or leastways for long. The choices I make, the steps I take, the things I would buy, and anything in my life, I want their fate to last long. I'll tell myself I won't do it, or I wouldn't go with that, and I'd rather save for something better if I can sense that I would only get outcomes that would last in a flash, I'd rather strive for ones that I would have for a lifetime.
But I came to realize that temporary things can be beautiful too, like a flower that withers, like a dandelion seed dispersed by the wind. It still feels nice to linger on things that gives us butterflies, knowing that they are just temporary. Lifetime rewards are hard-earned and it takes a long run to strive for it, so I have the tendency to cling to the temporary ones because even if they are just fleeting just like how our life is, still, they can get me the spark back that I'm losing while running for life.
It could be a person you met...
The fleeting moment that gave you spark or comfort and happiness while being with them. Their constant presence that didn't make you feel alone. You've been fond of them and you've been tamed to cherish fleeting memories with ones like them. — [dedicated to a streamer guy]
It could be a job you're longing to have...
Everybody wants a lifetime job for financial freedom. But while still looking for it or still trying to pursue it, then go with side hustles yet.
It could also be a lifestyle that you want...
Maybe you have to take alternative choices to get your spark back. If it makes you feel something, then go for it.
Thank you for stopping by!
