El dueño de este restaurante, el Sr Carlos, Es un fiel cliente de los quesos crema de Cabra de mi emprendimiento. Siendo esta la razón inicial por la cual acudo a este restaurante. Luego de Recibir su llamado para informarme que volvierón a abrir el local y que necesitaba con urgencia 2 kgs de queso crema clásico, éste lo utilizan desde hace ya un tiempo para una de sus entradas que es la ensalada dolphin. La cual está compuesta por mix de lechugas,carpaccio de lomito, almendras fileteadas, tomate seco, queso crema y aderezo de: mostaza, aceto balsámico y miel, es de Dioses! también la usan en las pizzas, que por cierto son súper deliciosas allí. Me emociona, que me tomarón en cuenta y quieran continuar usando mis productos en sus platos en verdad, es muy satisfactorio 🙏✨️
Al llegar al restaurante, me recibierón con mucho cariño, los chefs definitivamente son mis ídolos jejeje. Todos, absolutamente todos los platos son deliciosos y ni hablar de la presentación, es excepcionalmente impecable. El restaurante tiene el eslogan de un pedacito de Sicilia en Margarita, es una experiemcia Italiana auténtica 😊
Tienen 20 años de tradición, es restaurante referencia de la isla, debido a la calidad de sus platos, el espacio es muy acogedor y familiar. Te sientes en casa y la atención es singular 🤗
Además de realizar la entrega del pedido de los quesos, no podía perder la oportunidad de volver a comer un delicioso plato jejejeje, razón por la cual pedí una Papardelle Don Carlo: la pasta es hecha por ellos, lleva champiñones, tomates secos, jamón serrano, tomates cherry y aceitunas negras al alioli, la acompañé con una copa de vinotinto ¡estaba de Dioses!
Es muy agradable ver locales que avanzan y se mantienen a pesar de las vicisitudes, la persistencia, constancia y lo mas importante la pasión por lo que se hace marcara la dufernvia y nos destacar de los demás

Yesterday I had the great opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch at Dolphin Restaurant, after 3 months closed, opened its doors again to offer the best dishes of Italian cuisine, is located on Aldonza Manrrique Avenue, Pampatar, Margarita Island, is an area that has been characterized by the boom of quality restaurants.
The owner of this restaurant, Mr. Carlos, is a loyal customer of the goat cream cheeses of my enterprise. This is the initial reason why I go to this restaurant. After receiving his call to inform me that the restaurant had reopened and that he urgently needed 2 kgs of classic cream cheese, they have been using it for some time now for one of their starters which is the dolphin salad. It is composed of lettuce mix, tenderloin carpaccio, sliced almonds, dried tomatoes, cream cheese and a dressing of: mustard, balsamic vinegar and honey, it is of Gods! they also use it in the pizzas, which by the way are super delicious there. I'm thrilled that they took me into account and want to continue using my products in their dishes, it's very satisfying 🙏✨️
When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted with much affection, the chefs are definitely my idols hehehehe. All, absolutely all the dishes are delicious and not to mention the presentation, it is exceptionally impeccable. The restaurant has the slogan of a little piece of Sicily in Margarita, it is an authentic Italian experience.They have 20 years of tradition, it is a reference restaurant on the island, due to the quality of their dishes, the space is very cozy and familiar. You feel at home and the attention is unique 🤗.
Besides making the delivery of the cheese order, I could not miss the opportunity to return to eat a delicious dish hehehehehe, which is why I ordered a Papardelle Don Carlo: the pasta is made by them, it has mushrooms, dried tomatoes, serrano ham, cherry tomatoes and black olives with aioli, I accompanied it with a glass of vinotinto, it was of Gods!
