Aprendamos a identificar las cosas buenas que nos pasan y la causa de éstas.
Todos los sábados el grupo de Scouts de mi comunidad, se reúnen para hacer sus actividades basadas en la educación en valores, la superación personal, el resguardo y buen uso del medio ambiente. Este sábado quedé gratamente sorprendida por todo lo que pude observar en el parque al que asistimos; personas de todas las edades desarrollando actividades, la limpieza y belleza del lugar y como saben soy amante de las plantas y acá me tropecé con varios árboles frutales.

La diversidad es enriquecedora y reconfortante
Mientras los chicos y sus guías hacían las actividades, me di a la tarea de caminar todo el parque, yo diría que son como 2 kilómetros, un camino casi recto rodeado de grandes árboles, por lo que la sombra y la brisa fresca hacen amena la caminata, hay también muchas bancas. Este ambiente es propicio para que allí se reúnan agrupaciones, como los scouts y otras que trabajan en función de la integridad y desarrollo del ser humano. Quedé maravillada viendo a un grupo de niñas haciendo danza aérea o acrobacia en tela, un grupo de damas de la organización René Mey, ofreciendo terapias In situ, sin costo alguno, más adelante unas personas ofreciendo estudios gratuitos de la biblia y otro grupo de personas que sólo caminaban, paseaban con sus niños o sus mascotas. El espacio está lindo, pero esto lo hace más lindo aún; porque cabemos todos.

This environment is ideal for groups such as the Scouts and others who work for the integrity and development of human beings to meet there. I was amazed to see a group of girls doing aerial dance or acrobatics on fabric, a group of ladies from the René Mey organization offering free therapy sessions on site, and further on, some people offering free Bible studies and another group of people just walking, strolling with their children or their pets. The space is beautiful, but this makes it even more beautiful because there is room for all of us.
De paseo a parque
Parque Los Meregotos, hasta hace uno años atrás, este espacio público se llamó Paseo Armando Chavero, en honor al taekwondista venezolano-alemán, el gobierno local le asignó otro nombre y también invirtió en una nueva imagen; con más áreas y estructuras mecánicas para el deporte y la recreación. Hay personal de mantenimiento, es bastante seguro, está ubicado en una zona privilegiada del municipio y en sí es una de las pocas opciones de este tipo con la que contamos.
