Y he estado unos días ausente por aquí pero debo decir que estuve haciendo cosas que ame y que sin duda alimentaron mi alma. Algo que quería hacer hace mucho tiempo era este taller de merengue italiano, así que este viaje fue de mucho provecho y hacer este taller de merengue italiano me hizo muy feliz. Siempre quería hacerlo y por una u otra razón nunca se podía y debo decir que aprendí mucho.
I've been away for a few days, but I must say I've been doing things I love and that have definitely nourished my soul. Something I've wanted to do for a long time is this Italian meringue workshop, so this trip was very rewarding, and taking this workshop made me very happy. En el mesón estaban las tortas, con el relleno que le colocaríamos, teníamos la guía con las recetas que íbamos a usar en clases y cada torta tenía un Topper con el nombre de cada una de las participantes.

Aparte de explicarnos como hacer un buen merengue italiano, nos explico como hacer un buen armado de una torta de dos pisos, nos explico que debemos trabajar con buenos ingredientes y si o si debo comprar mi bailarina de metal, esto me ayudara a poder hacer mejores tortas.

Y por supuesto luego de toda la explicación fue nuestro turno de decorar las tortas y como estábamos divididas en dos grupos, mientras yo decoraba mi torta alguien me tomo algunas fotos.

Todas hicimos tortas muy lindas y en esta oportunidad nos dieron un certificado. De verdad que este era un taller que tenía muchas ganas de hacer ya que la mayoría de las tortas que hago son con merengue italiano.
