In Venezuela hyperinflation is unheard of, every time we go out to the street in search of our livelihood, we must inquire where we will find economy, due to the low purchasing power. On this occasion, yesterday was dedicated to shopping, with a budget of 50 dollars equivalent to 450.00 Bolivares Sovereign Bolivars. A day of combustible shopping both in mini markets and vegetable fairs, an adventure of quality sustenance at the same time.
First we left the house fasting, to have a traditional ham and cheese breakfast with a delicious coffee, to get out of the routine, and eat differently than usual, to fill us with energy and go shopping in the city.
Food is the fuel that the organism needs to fulfill its functions without any disturbance. A good nutrition requires a variety of substances rich in vitamins and minerals so that we have energy and can carry out an endless number of activities, enjoying health and life.
According to nutritionists, in order to enjoy a good nutrition it is necessary to comply with the nutritional trumpet that goes by group, being group 1, foods such as milk, meats, eggs and derivatives. Group 2 fruits, vegetables and legumes and group 3 grains and cereals.
The above mentioned foods help to preserve the health and nutrition of the human being due to the content of lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

With 50 $ we were able to buy the three food groups equally, for a minimum of 10 days, since we are 4 people in the household.
I always like to check the expiration date of the products and investigate their ingredients and nutrients such as proteins are substances that play an important role in the body whose function is the reconstruction of each cell. Without leaving aside, fruits such as strawberries, blackberries, tree tomatoes, lechoza, tangerine, guanabana, one kilo per variety.

Fruits prevent and cure the problems of various systems of our body. Vegetables along with fruits, cereals, legumes, milk are a healthy food, I love salads, with the presence of carrots as they tone, purify and softens the skin, also helps the preservation of sight and digestive system.
