[ESP/ENG] Żabka Nano - tienda sin cajeros ni cajas registradoras

Hola a todos! les cuento que en Katowice no solo fuimos al supermercado coreano, también teníamos muchas ganas de ir a una de las tiendas Żabka Nano para ver cómo funciona su tecnología y realmente para mí es impresionante. Sí, como lo puse en el título, se trata de tienda sin cajeros o personal y además sin cajas registradoras, así como lees, solo tomas los productos que deseas adquirir de la tienda y estos se te cobrarán automáticamente a la tarjeta y como es esto pues te cuento nuestra experiencia:

I tell you that in Katowice we not only went to the Korean supermarket, we also really wanted to go to one of the Żabka Nano stores to see how their technology works and really for me it is impressive. Yes, as I put it in the title, it is a store without cashiers or staff and also without cash registers, just as you read, you just take the products you want to buy from the store and these will be automatically charged to your card and how is this as I tell you our experience:

Para poder entrar a la tienda la cual está abierta 24/7 necesitas presentar en el lector de la entrada una tarjeta o también puedes hacerlo con la aplicación (nosotros lo hicimos con la aplicación la cual nos arrojó un código QR que escaneamos en el lector), inmediatamente se te descuenta o bloquea un monto de 15 eslotis o aproximadamente menos de 4 dólares que ellos devolverán justamente después de la compra, esto es para verificar que realmente tienes dinero en la cuenta para las compras que desees realizar.

To enter the store which is open 24/7 you need to present a card at the reader at the entrance or you can also do it with the application (we did it with the application which gave us a QR code that we scanned in the reader), immediately you are deducted or blocked an amount of 15 eslotis or approximately less than 4 dollars that they will return just after the purchase, this is to verify that you really have money in the account for the purchases you want to make.

Una vez escaneamos el código, automáticamente se abrió la puerta, y sí, estábamos adentro, viendo la cantidad de cámaras que hay en la tienda, por todos lados, gracias a ellas y a la tecnología que disponen saben cuales fue los productos que elegiste. Nosotros no sabíamos que comprar, así que estábamos pensando, pues realmente queríamos comprar algo para verificar que de verdad cobran lo que tomaste sin equivocación, así que finalmente elegimos un agua que este día realmente estaba haciendo bastante calor y otra bebida, y minutos después que salimos llegó el cobro sin equivocación.

Once we scanned the code, the door automatically opened, and yes, we were inside, seeing the amount of cameras that are in the store, everywhere, thanks to them and the technology they have, they know what products you chose. We did not know what to buy, so we were thinking, because we really wanted to buy something to verify that they really charge what you took without mistake, so finally we chose a water that this day was really hot and another drink, and minutes after we left the charge came without mistake.

Es importante cerrar la puerta bien para que nadie entre después que tú te fuiste porque entonces tú vas a pagar por lo que elijan los demás, quiero decir puede entrar alguien más después de tí pero ellos deben escanear su tarjeta en el lector al igual que tú también puedes entrar si hay alguien más en la tienda, no necesitas esperar que ellos salgan. Sinceramente me encantó la tecnología de esta tienda, tengo entendido que hay varias de ella en otras ciudades de Polonia, y que incluso tienen robots (lo ví en unos vídeos) que preparan los perros calientes que venden en la tienda, pero en Katowice todavía no han llegado esos robots, por cierto olvidé mencionar que en Żabka Nano tienen refrigeradores con bebidas para mayores de edad como por ejemplo algunas energéticas tipo Monster y para abrirlo tienes que usar una pantalla donde escanean tu cara para verificar que eres mayor de edad, increíble verdad?

Honestly I loved the technology of this store, I understand that there are several of them in other cities in Poland, and that they even have robots (I saw it in some videos) that prepare the hot dogs they sell in the store, but in Katowice those robots have not arrived yet, by the way I forgot to mention that in Żabka Nano they have coolers with drinks for adults such as some Monster type energy drinks and to open it you have to use a screen where they scan your face to verify that you are of legal age, amazing right?

Le contaba esto a mis amigas en Venezuela y ellas se preguntaban cuando va a llegar este tipo de tecnología allá, sería genial que allá también puedan disfrutar de cosas como estas.

I was telling this to my friends in Venezuela and they were wondering when this kind of technology is going to arrive there, it would be great if they could enjoy things like this there too.
