Nuestra experiencia en el Aeropuerto de Estocolmo-Arlanda [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! como ya les he contado, para ir a Bangkok (Tailandia) tuvimos que llegar primero a Suecia ya que nuestro vuelo salía desde allí, específicamente desde el aeropuerto de Estocolmo-Arlanda y debo decir que nuestra experiencia en este aeropuerto fue muy buena, incluso cuando siento que no es un aeropuerto tan grande y que tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo allí ya que nuestro vuelo se retrasó, la verdad es que estabamos tranquilos y cómodos y es que hay varios restaurantes, tiendas (de ropa o souvenirs), parques infantiles, en fin muchas cosas para ver, por lo que me encantó.

Otra cosa que me gustó de este aeropuerto, es que como ven en las fotos, es un lugar muy limpio y muy bien organizado, también me gustó la decoración y que tiene varias zonas de descanso para hacer la espera más agradable. Nosotros estuvimos comiendo y tomando algo en uno de los restaurantes allí mientras esperabamos el vuelo y la verdad es que estaba buena la comida, pero tienen varias opciones para disfrutar, incluyendo McDonald's, por supuesto también estuvimos mucho tiempo en los parques y Olivia se divirtió mucho jugando allí.

Ahora bien, para llegar hasta el aeropuerto desde el hotel, lo hicimos en autobus y la verdad fue muy fácil viajar así y cómodo también, con respecto a los controles de seguridad no sé si por las horas de nuestros vuelos que eran tarde pero nosotros pasamos rápido así que diría que son muy eficientes, en realidad si tengo la oportunidad de volver a hacer escala en el aeropuerto de Estocolmo- Arlanda para viajar a otro lugar, sin duda alguna lo haría pues mi esposo y yo tuvimos una buena experiencia allí y estoy segura que Olivia también gracias a los parques, quizá los precios no son los más baratos allí pero en realidad Suecia es un país caro, así que por ser las vacaciones diría que está bien.

Hi everyone! As I’ve already told you, to get to Bangkok (Thailand), we had to fly to Sweden first since our flight departed from there—specifically from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport—and I have to say that our experience at this airport was very good. Even though I feel like it’s not a very big airport and we had to wait there for a long time because our flight was delayed, the truth is that we were relaxed and comfortable—there are several restaurants, shops (for clothes or souvenirs), playgrounds, and plenty of things to see, so I loved it.

Another thing I liked about this airport is that, as you can see in the photos, it’s a very clean and well-organized place. I also liked the decor and the fact that it has several rest areas to make the wait more pleasant. We had a meal and a drink at one of the restaurants there while we waited for our flight, and honestly, the food was good. There are plenty of options to choose from, including McDonald’s. Of course, we also spent a lot of time at the playgrounds, and Olivia had a blast playing there.

Now, to get to the airport from the hotel, we took the bus, and honestly, it was very easy and comfortable to travel that way. As for security checks, I’m not sure if it was because our flights were late in the day, but we got through quickly, so I’d say they’re very efficient. Actually, if I ever have the chance to stop over at Stockholm - Arlanda to travel somewhere else, I would definitely do it, since my husband and I had a great experience there, and I’m sure Olivia did too, thanks to the parks. Maybe the prices aren’t the cheapest there, but Sweden is actually an expensive country, so for a vacation, I’d say it’s fine.
