me gusta este reto y sé que todas las mujeres también estarían de acuerdo conmigo porque a la mayoría nos gusta ir de compras y para participar en este reto hice un recorrido por la ciudad con mis hermanas , y @ nara con quienes caminé por el centro de Maracay Venezuela para hacer compras relacionadas con un emprendimiento relacionado con el plato navideño, aprovechando que se acerca la Navidad y que es el plato favorito en Venezuela.

Que emprendimos el reto por las principales calles del centro de la ciudad en busca de las hojas de las hallacas 6$ el kilo compramos por 20 hallacas 3 kg que equivale a 27 bolívares digitales. Todo por comer y vender las tan deseadas hallacas venezolanas jejeje

Luego pasamos a comprar los ingredientes: pimentón, cebolla, cilantro, ajo, papas, zanahoria, condimentos, un total de 4,5 $ al cambio 39 bolívares digitales, cabe señalar que estos ingredientes le dan el toque especial a las hallacas

Con los insumos antes mencionados se logran hacer 20 hallacas con un total de 202 bolívares digitales que al cambio en dólares equivale a 23,76 dólares comprando en pequeñas cantidades para una familia grande, la hallaca es un plato que los venezolanos amamos y esperamos esta temporada decembrina para compartirlo.

Los venezolanos siempre buscamos gangas y vamos a los lugares donde las hay, en mi caso, los mercados los mejores precios están en el pueblo aquí los llamamos buhoneros venden más barato que los grandes mercados por esta razón hice parte de mis compras en estos lugares que están por todos lados en el centro de la ciudad y tienen sus permisos expedidos por el gobierno, son frescos solo hay que buscar los que están en perfecto estado.
Venezuelans always look for bargains and go to places where they are available, in my case, the markets the best prices are in the village here we call them buhoneros they sell cheaper than the big markets for this reason I made part of my purchases in these places that are everywhere in the center of the city and they have their permits issued by the government, they are fresh just look for those that are in perfect condition.

Ir a comprar para los venezolanos es un tremendo reto por el poco poder adquisitivo que tenemos, es por eso que tratamos de que nuestra comida sea de calidad buscando el ahorro y por supuesto que se puede lograr, solo que hay que cambiar un poco para conseguirlo pero al final vale la pena después de tanto esfuerzo saborear lo que tanto nos ha costado.

Aquí ya estoy limpiando las hojas, hay que tener cuidado porque no son tan baratas y muchas veces hay que tener suerte de que estén completas, casi siempre vienen deterioradas, por eso hay que elegir muy bien el lugar de compra, los vendedores de las costas venezolanas tienen hojas excelentes y en buen estado.
