Today I want to talk to you about one of the most current investments but which is associated with one of the oldest, which is the business associated with real estate but with the technological touch.
Airbnb has been able to position itself as a good option for those who go out for tourism and want to live the experience of being in a building near the points of interest, as well as with the company of a local person who can guide us in the way of life of the place where we are going to go.
On the other side we have the investors or simply real estate owners who receive a passive income because they rent their places to visitors who only want to stay a few days and then leave.
In my experience I have seen how we can get both types of landlords and one that stands out to me was an elderly lady who saw an opportunity to receive income by renting out rooms in a very large house in a tourist location.
Because of the size of the property, I believe it was a place that saw several members of a family grow up and as time went on it was becoming more and more lonely until she started to see the influx of tourists.
What I find most beautiful about this is that we can see how an elderly person can live off this property by partnering with a person who can receive a commission for managing the property for tourists.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.
Hoy les quiero hablar de una de las inversiones más actuales pero que se asocia con una de las más viejas, que es el negocio asociado a los bienes raíces pero con el toque tecnológico.
Airbnb se ha podido posicionar como una buena opción para quienes salir a hacer turismo y queremos vivir la experiencia de estar en un edificio cercano a los puntos de interés, como también con la compañía de alguna persona local que pueda guiarnos en la forma de vida del lugar a donde vamos a ir.
Por el otro lado tenemos a los inversores o simplemente dueños de los bienes raíces que reciben un ingreso pasivo debido a que alquilan sus lugares a visitantes que solo quieren estar unos pocos días y luego irse.
En mi experiencia he visto como podemos conseguir ambos tipos de propietarios y uno que me llama la atención fue una señora de avanzada edad que vio la oportunidad de recibir ingresos al alquilar habitaciones en una casa muy grande en un lugar turístico.
Debido a lo grande de la propiedad, creo que era un lugar que vio crecer a varios integrantes de una familia y que con el paso del tiempo estuvo quedando cada vez más sola hasta que comenzó a ver el ingreso de turistas.
Lo que me parece más bonito de esto es que podemos ver cómo una persona de avanzada edad puede vivir de esta propiedad al asociarse con una persona que puede recibir una comisión por el manejo de la propiedad para turistas.
