Still on the house hunting matter, I have finally seen one that is not perfect but manageable considering the fact that I have wasted too much money for inspection fees. Every time I get to meet with an agent they charge inspection fees and transport all amounting to 7k which is quite high.
Imagine I visited 10 age lnts 5aht would mean 70k asides from house rent, agreement and agent fee. It has become so ridiculous and no one is doing anything about it.
Fast forward to the present, we got a room self contain for 200k,while agrememnt cost 10k and agent is 40k,in total it was 250k. Imagine, an old house that is supposed to cost less for renting is been increased in price just because there are tiles installed.
Well, based in the timing and the uugency of it all, we had to settle for it because, although it was expensive based on the location but thankfully , it's a bit close to my place of work. Unlike a place I saw for 250k and 300k but I need a transport fare of 1k to and from my office.
I just came to rant about the issues we face in this country especially when it comes to renting an apartment. The stress and time it takes.
