Women's Body go through a lot at different stages during one's lifetime and all these phases are affected by how our hormones react, the emotions and the experience all together. There are different stages I remember based on my experience and the researches I have done so far, hence I would mention them accordingly.
We have the first ever stage which is the Childhood i.e Before Puberty, this is one of the simplest and calmest stage a girl has because at this stage she is still a child and her body system is not being disrupted by any hormones or reproductive system.
The body is calm in the sense that there is no menstruation, the ovaries are forming eggs that will one day be released, reproductive system is just coming up and so on because this stage is between age 1 to 10. I call it an innocent stage.
The second stage is the Puberty which is between the Ages of 9–16, a stage where a girls body is gradually transforming into womanhood. Most girls always look forward to this ignorant of the stress accompanied by it. During this phase the brain starts producing hormones which are estrogen and progesterone, they grow breasts, hips and their period begins.
The third stage is the reproductive years, an important part of this blog. This age falls between age 18 to 35,during this stage a lot of things can happen with the body both good and bad.
It is a time when a woman's body is very sensitive and hormonally active. These hormones that are meant to be balanced can become imbalanced which in turn affects the body system, mood, energy and even fertility. While this stage is proven by science that a woman is more fertile and feminine, there are great challenges if one does not take care of herself.
Some of these challenges includes, Period pains, fibroids, PCOS, ovarian cyst, cervical cancer, hormonal acne, PMS, or fertility stress. This is why women are advised to look after their bodies both internally and physically. Eat healthy and use supplements that would help balance your hormones and do regular checkups to avoid and future challenges.
This is why iron supplement and vitamin C are necessary for women especially in their reproductive years. There are other supplements that women can incorporate into their lifestyle so as to maintain their hormonal balance and live healthy.
Although, the best way to live a healthy life is by incorporating natural and organic foods that has these vitamins embedded in them. Some of such foods include leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts etc.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
