In a country where unemployment is On The Rise because we have more graduates than the number of jobs available for people. In essence, people tend to dabble into various career choice so as to make ends meet.
We are no longer in a contemporary world where you would claim that because I studied English i would very get myself to the background by not exploring and upgrading my knowledge in diverse courses that are prominent in the job market.
This is why I love to upgrade my knowledge by learning courses online so as to prepare me for the future and whatever job I Encounter. I also engage in volunteer activities that allows me to practical engage with different organizations which in turn gives me a head start for whatever job role I Encounter.
Getting a job is about being skilled in that specialization but another thing that plays a key role is about being smart and be able to convince your interviewers about how you intend to carry out your duties. When I first started the particular job i had little idea of what the job entails but with the one day training I had really exposed to me to the inner workings of the job.
Although I had volunteered with a particular organization similar to the present one where I practically experience what it entails but the only difference is that the used different operational models to carry out their duties.
So, these days when you get a job and you have no prior knowledge about the entirety of the job it is okay to take it but you have to go online or contact persons that have good knowledge about the role so that you would learn and not be entirely novice about the whole thing. It is okay to learn on the job as it gives you practical skills and experience when doing the actual work. Learning on the job helps you grow faster and within a week of dedication and hardwork, you are already a pro.
