I have come to notice that most of these caretakers or agents who rent apartments to people are mostly liars and greedy people who only want to enrich themselves at the mom
Detriment of people's safety and good health.
People are so selfish, to the extent that they can sell you anything virtually and physically you get the opposite of what was described to you. I am sure many people can relate to house hunting with the rigorous search involved and the stress it brings upon us as human beings and how these House Agents are no help at all.
Most of what they are after is their agency fee and once you have paid the rent and sorted all the bills they tend to take their mind off the Renovations that was supposed to happen in the apartment.
For instance my place that I just rented, when I entered I took my chance to explore the whole places but it was after I moved in I noticed that there was a crack in the wall that was allowing rodents to enter into the house and a place in the ceiling is leaking seriously. I have to start cleaning and drying up water so that they will not touch my clothes or shoes.
After the numerous complaints I made to this caretaker about the issues in my house can you believe that he has been ghosting me and postponing the repairs for quite a while now and to be honest I really don't know what to do because I am new to this area I don't even know who or how to go about the whole thing.
